I've just skim read slightly but are 4x100 ones included in this? Been after a set of MO's for ages!

I got the front end and my bootlid done for 380 quid. Bonnet, bumper, both wings and tailgate. So you can get decent prices and a decent job, just have to be on the look out or get to know people. :) Rado's fine, just fancy some different wheels i think, again. :lol:

I got the front end of my DBP painted Abdul, colour match is 100% perfect. Just got to use the right guys! However, i'm jealous of you now having a proper engine.

My most favourite Corrado ever when it was Brown with the ABT splits. Now it still looks amazing but loved it so much before. Still dunno if its worth 20k. Dont think any Corrado is now...

Had the same when i sold an exhaust on here. Never turned up. Just pure rubbish.

Cool, anyone actually used any of the kits in this thread and has any idea how good they are?

Have been pointed towards this thread as I'm having track rod issues. Basically because my car is rather low the track rods seemed to have fouled the chassis at their closest point as they tilt up. Would this sort it? Mechanic said my car was dangerous because of this and if it is fouling properly then I guess it is. So is there a kit for a late 16v that I could use?

Will try. Anyone else any idea in the meantime?

Right, basically guys i've had problems with my track rod's. I was told by a Mechanic who was tracking the car that my car was too low as the track rods were far too close to the body of the car. He said there was only a fingers width and there was evidence of the track rod touching the body and that this was dangerous. I can only agree if it is actually touching as it could cause a snap. There are people with lower Corrado's than me on here i'm sure, has anyone heard of this problem with lowering them? I know its obv changing the way the suspension/body sits etc so its going to be different but i've never ever heard that it could happen. I've heard about Driveshaft rubbing, never track rods! If anyone could give me any info on whether they've seen this before or if there are cars are particularly low and not have to worry about these that would be great!

Have you had CV joint problems? It could be that the splines on the shaft that go into the outer CV have f*cked because the joint was broken and wore it out. Actual driveshaft snapping is a pretty big deal, only way i can think of it happening.

My old Mk2 Golf was on chopped lowering springs all round and was near enough on the deck. Was fine and more than MOT worthy i was told by 2 different testers. But that was a 500 pound Golf, i wouldn't do the same with my Corrado... If done right would be fine, just depends how low you want it to go. One or two coils as said would probably be ok...
