I believe 45mm OD is 15psi viewtopic.php?f=1&t=68232

Have to ditch those speedlines if you go bigger then 288's....
-
Hell yeah... LOL
-
D
-
Each to their own, I find standard disks warp to easily! Only dowside with Black Diamond, the pads take ages to warm up....
-
I use Black Diamond too... Combi Disks and Preditor pads!
-
The 288mm set up not only gives bigger disk area but they also have bigger pistons in the calipers.

You said it, I'm gonna make this one of my main priorities now, even if I have to get one from the U.S. of A Let me know how you get on mate, Id be up for one from the US too If I have to! Part of the problem is the size of the Drycharger needed for the K&N filter that they supply for the C (57i 0311) Good Luck :salute:
-
Yep spot on Corradude.... If you have a Vortech charger you are restricted to the positioning of your air filter. Drychargers are a good idea to stop you sucking up water into the maf / charger / engine! With winter nearly here its the ideal time to find one.

Didnt think id get much response.... Up you go

Me too.... Love those wheels fella 8) Looks very tidy, Ive had mine 6 years now and I thought that was a long term relationship! jamminvr6storm - cool username  :salute: As my wife put it once - 'there are only two things I know of that have kept your attention - me and your corrado!!!' As for my wheels, it took me months to decide what to get - way back around 2001 - all this interest in them makes me think I should not change them. I only wish they did them in 16" as I think 17's are a little bit too big for the Corrado IMO. LOL @ the usernames, think your wife is 100% right mate! (also like the priority, ME and your corrado  ) I disagree on the wheel size tho fella, I must admit the 16" BBS i have now are a better ride then the 17's I used to have however with my 16's I am limited to smaller brakes so my next set of wheels will be 17's again.

I am looking for a UK supplier of K&N Drychargers, I have seen YBFilters but they dont have any UK stock of them. I have done a search and all I found was a previous post from myself when I looked into one of these some 4 months ago! It needs to be big enough to wrap over a 57i 0311 filter (this in itself seems to a problem with UK suppliers) I remember speaking to Kev (cheesewire) who said he used some rainstop foam from Audioscape and some silicon spray, I have looked at Audioscape's website and they only have standard 'speaker' foam which I dont think will be much good as it will just soak up the water instead or repelling it. So, can anyone help??

My ABS light is where your aircon is... Makes sense that they were retro fit then!
-
Yeah I am super impressed! Dont get me wrong, you get your entry speed all wrong and you will still end up the wrong side of a bush (or tree if your unlucky) but its a vast improvement even off the gas! LOL spose wheelspin is to be expected with that kind of tourque... one day i'll be VRT.... one day! Will be good to hear a report from a VRT owner with a wavetrak diff, especially someone who has had a Quaife
-
Here is mine...
-
Im suprised about that ^^
-
maybe you have an aftermarket aircon All RHD cars were aftermarket Diavia systems This is news to me! I always thought it was a factory extra ?? Along with cruise control...
-
Im very pleased Kev, Yes, you would know it had the diff fitted as I am finding (the more I drive it) I am literally able to throw it around corners and it keeps itself in check (both on the gas and off it) I think I may have confused things when I said it takes a split second then grabs, what I should have said is both wheels spin for a split second and then it grabs and your off! This makes me wonder if the load on the plates increases with the more power you put through it? I used to get masses of wheelspin before finding traction, it used to just bounce off the limiter in 2nd!! Not anymore... 8)
-
Oh yes!! Also noticing I can enter corners faster now too :D
-
My aircon switch is different again to the one in the pic above, mine sits below fog light switches... square panel with 2 round buttons norm and max!! What year is yours Steve Storm?
-
Thanks for the replies... Most places wanted £200+ to make a special cast for the hose which made it highly un cost effective!! So I had a mate CNC me up a special joiner, job done!
-
Can anyone recommend a company who makes custom silicon hoses? I have been speaking with Viper Performace but want another company to reference... I have a hose to send off for them to make a cast of if needed. If anyone can recommend a Kent company, that would be a HUGE bonus :D Cheers

Right..... well I am never going to be ready in time for Edition so i have used the car this weekend with the new diff, it is superb :D The car feels so different to drive. The cornering abilities of the car have massively improved, under hard acceleration you actually feel like you are beling pulled around the corner! Not only this but when giving it some beans going through the gears I no longer get masses of tyre smoke, the diff seems to take a split second then both wheels grip and your off.... I cannot compare with Quaife or Pelequin as I no experience with them however I am hugely pleased and would recommend it. Obvioulsy my Corrado only has 300bhp (so not up to the standards of the VRT's on here) but I have never been able to go round roundabouts so quickly  Hope this helps....

Sweet.... all done for another year! I saw Chris yesterday and he said your Rado was in for some work Nik Mine passed its MOT yesterday too
