  1. D90's maybe. Yeah looking for something max 8in wide and preferably a square set.
  2. There nicer and probably suit the C better but think I'll see what else comes up.
  3. Thanks, not overly keen on them to be honest.
  4. Anybody selling some nice 16in wheels to fit a VR6?
  5. Lol I said to the wife thats a Corrado when it was on tonight, she called me a daddo as well.

    Nothelle 17s

Selling the BBS...........??? Goldie has a set on here and I know of a set local to me but the guy wont sell. Only sets of 17's Ive ever seen.
  9. Id start by doing a cooling flush and replaced the temp sensors. That very high for driving for a short period at this time of year. Does it drop down at all when your going along at 60mph + for a reasonable time?
  10. Ive got the H&R with TA Koni and there fine. The sit just a tad high for me though.
  11. Got some better photos tonight so will post up later. Anyone interested could Aldo PM me and I can send via WhatsApp.
  12. Haha, Ive done that in the past i.e. bought wheels that I would fit to a car if I had it...kind of used it as an excuse to buy a car to fir the wheels on. As said hoping to get wheels swapped over and cleaned up this weekend.
  13. Geeba has let me know he is not wanting them.
  14. Has anyone experience of having an agreed value and making a claim? Id be interested in if they do pay out to the agreed value or find someway of getting round it.
  15. I'll get photos at the weekend when I get a chance to get them off and cleaned properly.
  16. Hi, yes the genuine article. For 17in they ate very light and a timeless design. When I get them cleaned up I'll take photos of the BBS stamp. No factory cars came with 17in but these do use same bolts as std wheels.
  17. Look like Evolo's, they are nice and wondered what they would look like on a C. Shows of the brakes nicely.
  18. Don't leave it to late. B5's price on the up and B7's have bottomed out. It won't be cheaper to buy one and there not going to get less to maintain. There is an RS tax associated with them but on the whole there not that bad to maintain. Most will have had the big bill items replaced now as most are enthusiast owned. VRS is a very good car, the wife has one. Not an RS though....
  19. These are the 323 versions so 7.5x17, et35, 5x100 so perfect for VR. Light weight wheels. Currently a rattle can silver finish so would need refurbed to be mint. Black and gold BBS centre cap stickers. Tyres are 205/40/17 Hankooks with around 4-5mm left. Looking for £400 inc postage to mainland UK.
  20. My old VRT box went as well. Usually 3rd gear IIRC.

    VR6 Turbo kits

Usually with turbo is don't do it on the cheap or at least done use components that haven't been proven. Turbo is the key, think of as a whole system and the components need to work well together so they should be matched. I wouldn't buy one of those kits, in fact that should be about what the turbo costs alone if not more. Im sure my GT3582r was £1200 alone.
  22. You could do a VRT for about £5k I think. Low boost to keep it reliable and low 300's and there still a very quick car.
