Thanks mate ...... funny thing is since she went on Saturday I have logged on more in the last couple of days than I have over the past 6 months. Got the Corrado bug again :bonk: Seriously though it has reminded me how much more friendly the CF is compared to other forums :notworthy:

Well having only had her up for sale for 6 days a nice chap called Will, who does use the forum, came to see her tonight and, rather annoyingly, drove away in her :( If you happen to read this Will ....... hope you made it home ok, keep in touch fella, hope it all goes well for you. Its a bit wierd not having a rado, but I will hang around here for sure. :salute:

My original avatar was even better mate ...... it was a bulldog looking backwards with most of his arse in the picture :lol: - always made me chuckle. When the forum changed format I lost the image and cannot find it anymore. I only actually recognise people from their avatars rather than names so its a bit worrying that most people probably think of me as a large, smelly, dribbley fury four legged animal !!

I love the Rado and the Forum, and to be honest it was the forum which has stopped me from selling sooner. But ultimately things never stay the same and I have just lost interest in her...... sad but true. Perhaps in years to come when I become as rich as Sunderland I will 're-invest' !!!

Well the time has come and the rado is up for sale as some of you may or may not have noticed. Having Uhm and Arr'd it is now my time to bow out. I will still be posting and keeping an eye out on the forum, but ultimately once she's gone that will be it I'm affraid :( so ........ Since I have owned it only The Phirm have serviced and done all the work on it, along with a few minor works completed by myself. The bodywork needs a bit of TLC - Two rust spots need attention soon and the rear bumper has a paint crack. ALL the electics work - sunroof, spoiler, heated seats etc....All heater dials work as well by the way. It missed its last service in February 2011 so I would recommend the next owner gives it a oil and filter change (it has done less than 500 miles since Feb 2011). Plus it does need two new front tyres. The leather is in great condition and the engine is full of life. Really want it to go to a forum member and in no rush to sell so only advertised here. Its sitting in my garage as we speak so the milage won't change. I bought an S4 in July 2011 and I thought I would just use the C for the weekend, but as it turns out I just don't use it like I thought I would so I can't justify the TAX, MOT or insurance on a car I no longer drive.....so gutted as I'am, needs must. Considering it needs the following ...... 1) TAX and MOT 2) Oil change Service 3) New Battery - doesn't hold charge anymore 4) Two new front tyres 5) Bodywork needs a little attention .....I think £2,250 is fair price. If it is the CV boot thats split you dont want to drive too much as any dirt/grit will foobar it.

If you do decide to do it then take the battery out, sounds obvious now but at the time, and after a few hours head scratching, it made life far easier. In all honesty though mate take the advice from the others and just remove front end.

I went on Sunday night for 100m final ..... we went early to soak up the atmosphere and it was truely epic. The games are been organised so well, we had an incredible day and its great to see so many happy faces considering all the doom and gloom for the last 3 years. The remote control minis are for the returning of the discus' and hammer once thrown ...... very cool :thumbleft: EDIT : also its brilliant seeing team GB getting medal after medal - woohooo !!!

Thought I would resurrect this to tell eveyone to watch Kevin Bridges show tonight at 10.45 BBC1. I really liked the last few times I've seen him on TV and last weeks first show of this series was very good ...... difficult to explain but its quite original !! Oh my good god what have they done to our beloved cars.....I know its not a beauty contest but they are hideous :pukeleft: Anyway with kimi back we now have 7 ex-champions on the grid which can't be bad - stock up those ice cream fridges :D Hate the fact its gone to Sky but I will still be avidly watching every weekend.
