25 rear and 22 front kev,, If you are feeling brave you can also get 25 front and 28 rear,, but seeing as mine is mainly a road car with the occasional nurburgring trip i went for the 22/25 combo,, and i am very very impressed with them!! know what you mean about the bushes they have like a funny webbing on the bearing faces,,

they are awesome, so much better handling full stop i love it!! question is will the front anti roll bar i took off of my corrado G60 be an upgrade for someone with a mk2 golf gti 16v? is it any bigger ?? 8)

yup think of boost as more of a measure of restriction,, if you have an engine that uses up the boost it will put out more power than one running allot more boost,, when i fitted my big valve head i lost about 5 psi boost at full revs just from that and teh car was a hell of alot quicker just because it was "eating" all that available air up

much eaiser if you spend 15 mins taking the front panel and rad right off,,

take off all the auxillary belts first bar the cam belt or you will have belts flying all over the place,,,

anyone got one and what diameter is the pipework? Darren have you got any pics of them fitted!?!? and maybe a special price for me too 8) :D keen on a supersprint but not sure if i can wait all that long,, :? :D

shit me,, sure you dont need all those parts,, kev haywire knows all about sunroofs where is he when we need him,, must fix mine soon,,,,

put the belt on turn it over once with teh rocker cover off then recheck all teh marks then you will be 100% certain,, seen loads of valvers with the cam timing out, do the old double check method and you will be 100% certain,

he is on about supplying them with a feed to pulse them, i,e tapp a feed off a rinnung car to make the injectors open and close,, injector rail comes out fairly easily, you need a ball end type hex key to get on the cap screws to remove it though, and i cant remeber but you may need to take the TB off too,

thanks for the offer but i`ll probably just get myself an ultrasonic bath and clean them myself as i like to do everything on my car,, and then i`ll have the kit to do all the other Vw`s in the household,, shame i dont have a Rolling Road :-(

nearest person to me who can remap my G60 so hope all will be good, should may all my mods work for me,, current spec is, Engine modifications are as follows, Kent 266 camshaft, Front mount inter cooler, sns stage 5.5 chip, Toothed 69mm supercharger pulley kit, G-werks RSR supercharger outlet, Carbon canister and associated pipe work removed, Mocal 13 row oil cooler with stainless steel braided pipe work, Corrado Vr6 clutch kit, RPT solid front engine mount, Magnecour Plug leads, Bosch platinum spark plugs, Supersprint Cat bypass pipe, Scorpion stainless steel 2.5 inch exhaust, Bosch 3.5 bar FPR Standard G60 injectors 40 inlet 35 exhaust big valve head, The main power orientated mods I suppose would be the big valve head, FMIC, cam and smaller supercharger pulley, the motor is currently running a bit rich according to my LM1 innovate wideband lambda controller, ( AFR is low 11:1 under boost), and I think there could be room to increase the ignition timing dude to the new found charge air cooling form the front mount intercooler, please discuss!! :lol:

not sure,, the new kits i have seen have blue springs,, anything will be an improvement over standard anyhow :-)

that should weld easily enough,, get yourself a kit and some abs sticks,, how badly is it damaged?

watcha trying to weld? which part? type of plastic?

light is for water level,,has nothing to do with the actual temp,,
