Has anybody got some of the chrome coathangers that connect under your headrest and come as an option on VW sharan's and u see on some TT's and i see on some Mk4's at gti international.. Anyone with pic's of these on there corrado?

Like said in the post above dan, the major problem is the oe exhaust mine still had the original on and this is one part, so is a bit more grief to take apart, cutting it or lowering the rear axle seems to be only way it will come off. The magnex cat back replacement was cheaper then a original vw exhaust, which kinda swung my decision at the time, also was a lot less hassle then some one piece back box middle box to fit.

I have a magnex, only just bigger then the original tailpipe, not too loud, excellent exhaust with no knocking or banging. \Highly recommend Magnex :)

Our 99 golf gti has a low fuel buzzer, pritty dammed annoying in my opion.

I think its the fact that VR6's have always been more and are just dropping more like a 10 year old car would, where as the G60 has done its major come down and has just leveled out more, with all the knackered examples off the road now. The vr6 should do the same. Its cause people on here can remember when VR6 corrado's were 10k plus second hand, not so with the G60. bet theres not many G60 owners on here who paid 10k plus for there car. Edit: like kev said about supply and demand, i bet theres loads more vr6s for sale then g60s in the country today.

As well as a guide for things, i think a common problems and there fixes would be good too. Cant think of the right word for it though, like when ya buy somethin electrical and at the back there is problems and the most common ways of solving it, fault finding guide or somethin i.e No power to unit : Check its plugged in etc.

I have to agree with moonlightvr, I had a clifford on my last car, annoying and always going off, beepin people when they walked past, also beepin the rain if it rained too hard. also annoyingly locked the doors on odd occasions sometimes with keys still in it and would go offf soemtimes if u wanted too sit in ya car without the engine or ignition on . Could have been the fitter and the age, but i also know someone else local with a temperamental clifford. My C has a Sigma, dont know the model number, but its v good, never given me any probs in the year i had it. If its out of clifford or toad i would have toad.

The fog lights are designed too do that. sorry i do not know about ya other problem.

Has your car got abs? if so thats what goes in the blank space, and has probley fallen off or been takein off. I have seen switches which light up strangely but still work.... silly question but you have got ya lights on when tryin ya fogs out.

Mines done 124k now and i presumme is still on the original chain, Its not too bad/loud at all, I'm gettin my changed next month for piece of mind more then anythin.

You have the right number of buttons, A Two stage fog light button push it in once for front fogs push it in again for rear fog lights too. and a heated rear screen button. would not have any more unless you have heated seats or aircon.

Thats a nice price, well for a shrek anyway. If he still has it in July (sure he wont :( ) will make an offer then, but wanna keep my money till my engine has had the all clear from stealth and had the timing chain/tensioner/clutch done. Also desperiatly need new suspension, My tired Spax sport kit is so harsh and horrible.

Unfortuantly kev, i was hunting the leather seats at the time (got um just in time for the summer :| ) , and sods law i now have some money for engine work and the shreks and excellent group buy discount have gone. I have been reading all about them,I'm ready for shrek group buy 2 or ya never know see how Vince gets on with my engine in July maybe some spare money then. Have you had ya car rollin roaded since fittin yours? would love to know the torque/bhp that they deliver.

I know i have been v lucky with my last two probs, but feel rather stupid at not looking at the more obvious first. But ya live and ya learn as it were. :D

Hello, I would buy the 16v or the G60 as a vr6 for 3k will probley need at least another 1k spent on it, seein as for that price will probley be a high miler needin the timing chains etc done. Sayin that though if you can do a lot of the work yaself and its a good un, why not? Take a test drive in all three, see which you prefer. The vr and g60's fuel economy is probley around the same as is the insurance.
