didn't even know there was an alloy repair place down here i've got sum kerb marks on these wheels i need sorting out where is this place then? it turned out to just be a tyre place (Tyresave) that would send the wheels away to a wheel repair place, and then charge me a shed load more, when i could just send them myself and save about £50, from what the guy said on the phone they had their own workshop and could repair anything, it was a bit of a wasted journey. they are on the right just as you turn onto dock road from the highstreet. TBH i wouldn't trust them with owt any how had a few dodgy tyres off them for previous cars not very good at all.

Hey I've just done sumting stupid  took chip out without checking the notch orientation On your the last pic is the notch on left or right?
-
As you sig says it a way of life On the g12 issue, it has non corrosive properties unlike regular antifreeze. I have to shout the next bit ENSURE YOU COMPLETELY FLUSH OUT THE GENERIC ANTIFREEZE BEFORE REFILLING WITH G12+ BECAUSE IT MAY REACT WITH IT AND COAGULATES BLOCKING THE WATER CHANNELS (Hang on have i just solved your problem???)

Does your bottom rad hose get hot?? my brother had a similar prob on his 1.8 vento turns out head gasket had gone, thus pressurizing the water system with exhaust gases which stops water flowing .
-
Hi All Just got a XS POWER charge cooler Anyone else using this on a g60? What rad will fit ? After sum pics and fitting advice please Thanks Lee
-
Could it be head gasket gone and pressuring coolant system? Go get a compression test done see if its down on 1 or more cylinders
-
Have you considered a charge cooler instead of FMIC? I'm currently waiting for mine to arrive and I'll let you know how it goes
