  1. When you write a post or reply there is a button at the bottom of the page to "add attachment"
  2. I recognise that car ;) Get some pics with the new boots on mate. Have you checked the fuses for the dead stereo? You dont want to plug yours in for it not to work, or worse be blown. Did the amp etc get left in it?
  3. I believe mine has TarOx discs with green stuff pads (fitted by previous owner) and they seem really good.
  4. This could be awesome in your car mate!!! S3 Engine!!!!
  5. He only got the Golf in on satuday, and it had problems styarting. The abs was causing the immobiliser to short out, he thinks, as its had a rear ender. But its sorted now. He needs to strip the Golf and then they finish on friday for chrimbo, so its gonna be a few weeks yet. Hes taking pics as he goes along too so I'll start a new thread in the gallery section, or even do another "Definitive" for here ;) Just cant wait to get it back now!!
  6. Defo mate. See if you can source your own engine from a scrappy or ebay, and then speak to some garages about fitting. Are you prepared to come over here to get the engine fitted? If so then I can highly recommend PSi Tuning in Stoke, who are currently converting my 24v engine. He could probably source an engine too.
  7. Do you know anyone who's done it mate? I defo not paying the stealers £110!!!!
  8. You could get a 1.8T, especially one out of an Audi TT!! Or a V6 24V, like me :)
  9. He'll put a Corrado pack together for us, but I need to know the size of the top 3 bulbs first.

Im sure Kevhaywire has used some stuff to get rid of rattles, acant remember the name though??
  13. The film I have is over the original bulbs, not LEDs. You can actually get wide angled LEDs too, or as above sand them a little. Apparently you can also put some clear setting glue on the tops of them to dispurse the light??
  14. Quarter of a century mate, youre f*cked from then on!! lol :D
  15. Got a pic. Its as if its peeling/rolling away from the window, as if being caught in the wind, if that makes sense :?
  16. My drivers door rubber is slightly coming away from the window. Its the part towards the rear of the drivers door that the window slots in to. Its not quite flush all of the way down and it causes a draft. Its hard to say more than that without a pic, sorry. I havent got the car at the mo. Anyone know what Im talking about? Can you offer some advice? Does it roll back around towards the window? PS if someone has a close up of a door, I can circle the area I mean
  17. Depends what you use for the blue. Ive used film and its not very bright, but these LEDs may be a fair bit brighter??
  18. Look here: http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33795
  19. As above, just use filters from a hobbycraft or similar place for the mfa. The top bulbs will be your choice, as will the rest of the led's for the switches etc. Im just waiting for them to get back to me.
  20. Im trying to sort one out ;) Be patient my young padewan
