well ive dropped the price to 2500 now even thou i spent 2k on the engine as my old alfa bak up for sale so i goin to have her back gear all work fine now and just the little cough i cant get rid off

i disconnected the lamda sensor today and took her for a drive and it was no differnt, the miss is quite annoying at low revs and the moment and i tried goin for 4k today as i ve done over 500 mile and it didnt seem happy or pull, anyone got some advise? :? :( regards mick

just took her for a little spin only bout 450 mile on engine so took it no more than 3k but when i got bak let it run little then took reading on mfa option 2 and as the car stil missing altough ive st the boost switch and timing now at 6degress she still hickup when pullin away sumtimes or when holding revs ie motorway she baks off in litle jolts every now and then, anywa readings where at idle 1)1728 flashes then c10 appears permentally 2)1040 3)850 to 950 ish idle is hunting at moment 4)3.6 5)9125 6)102 7)9 they dont seem healthy to me although ive never been over 3k yet anyone tell me please as im trying deperately ot solve this problem and get her running right b4 shes ran in regards mick

well shes runnin but well c needs a damn good full set up :(

its has a severe running and timing problems:( and the will barely go into 4th gear keeps crunching like made all other gear are really stiff too i really gutted i skint now and it far from compelete:( regards mick

shes alive :D had her runnin today however idle is bit mad so little tlc and should be good to go tomoro hopefully 8) looking lovely with the a8 wheels on too, never seen another rado with them on :lol:

got the engine back, now had full rebuild, valves reground etc, new bearing, sleaves the lot so should be runnin next week again:P

i got a set of audi replica wheels in the end spacers and wheels too much :shock:

ill just make them clearance fit as the fk adapters will have threads inmaybe increase depth of counterbore of 5mm on adapter so i can run em wit no loss of thread. i hopin theyll work ok with 15mm ones anywa. my friend has a set of 17" 911 wheels, the dog leg ones, i can av them for 350 of his so i going tro check them today and maybe ge them instead id need be regards mick

i need advise on this matter asap i have been offerd a set of those wheels for a very resonable price brand new with 225 45 tyres on all new, i have been looking at 15mm adapter spacers to make them fit, wit these spacers on will these wheels fit straight on with NO mods and will the offset be ok, please anyone who knows please reply soon as possible as ive gotta be quick regeards michael

ive bin looking at a set of FK 15mm adapters to make me g60 5x100pcd would these work ok and would i require the arches rolling etc for 17 or 16" wheels with this set up , also do ppl rate theses spacers as ive always stayed clear of spacers regards mick

just to keep everyone up to date the engine is now stripped and has a cracked piston and destroyed sleeve, im either going ot have to re-sleeve it and put some secound hand pistons in or oversized and have it rebored :(

its a possibility lol
