  1. went to get in the car tonite doors wouldnt open, thout it was the keyfob at first changed the battery and ther was nowt :cuckoo: . climbed through the boot and the ingition lights were all on without the key even been in, opened the bonnet used jump leads and the car ran fine, remove the keys and she still ran and ran and ran, pulled relay 80 out and she cut out but still dash lights remain, tried every relay one by one and still dash lights on, wipers work, indicators everything works without the key except you can start the car on the push button without key been turned,. The car goes flat quite quickly alsoas if power being drained as i not like the dash light will do it really. tried disconnecting all the ignition barrell set up while it was running and still kept goin, and the fuse box looks like a bowl of spag so i not even gunna touch that :sad: any ideas here seems like a fused wire to me from what little electrical experience i have, this has just happend completely out the blue

  4. fitted the 65mm pulley today peaked in 2nd near 14-15psi and 11-12 ish in other gears at first after driving a while the car seemed to fall into its old habbits and started to hit 12 tops, it lingering around 10 again and sometimes 11, took another mfa reading in 3rd or 4th i think it was and it read 1690 thats a little higher than before but still poo, any ideas :s
  5. i tihnk i gunna resort to using a smaller o rings and some silcone aswell, hopefully that will sort the litle leak as regards the rest i explained who knows were this 4psi is wanderign off to i totally fed up now :(

Checked for leaks today but disconnecting the linkage and manually boosting pressure, found a leak on the little intake sensor ufortunately mine a stupid aftermarket metal section which it plugs into which seems impossible to find a grommit than blody fit it, and STILL it only hit 10 psi after :mad2: and still seems to stop increasing acceleration at 5000rpm, it got my head demented, what the hell is causing it to loose 4 psi on what is shud have :mad2:, i even shortened the reducer hose for the RSR as it was shagged, and still nothing, i nearly took a run and kick at is today i so sick. no other pipes seemed to be leaking and i poured some foam over the sensor after i replaced the gromit and still looked like it wasnt leaking from top side at least. My charger is only a few month old and darren said it was good interanlly and well ported for a stage 4 so what the hell causing it :bad-words: i totally fed up now and need help i tried a boost reading on the MFA menu tonite and it got a reading of 1510 which from what i can gather is rubbish :brickwall: i need this sorting asap i just cant think wha it can be :nono: and if got me goin mad
  7. yeah at best lol i winding me up so much as i gunna have to take each pipe off ot see where the leak is if it has one and if i do find the hose i jobless so cant even afford to replace it, doh
  8. bit of an update, the car seems to be generating 9.8 psi ish at most driving times, upon different occasions the car will produce 13 even 14 psi at random at high revs, a large majority of the time it does not and sits near 10psi (sometimes just over or under), my friend seems to think this is due to expansion of the charger due to under bonnet heat or the inadequate standard intercooler. the car in after 3rd gear seems to hit a flat spot at 4500 / 5000rpm ish, wer not talkin a drastic stop i can just feel the boost is no longer goin any more thus it seems to maitain a constant accelearion as oppose to the constant development through revs usually, I have a few questions relating to this to try and get the full boost 1) what could cause the car to all of a sudden just feel so mch quicker and run high boost, the other day a brisk drive and the car was much faster and more responsive and boosted high instantly upon throtle the whole drive, this was a hot day too so it not due to conditions, 2)Th car has no lamda at present, however in a g60 its no meant to affect really as a lamda merely spots bad petrol apparently :confused4: could this affect 3) The car is stage 4 however according to g documentation the idle control valve dumps excess bosst bk into the inlet over 0.8bar will mine be doing this as standard or will the stage 4 chip stop this regards michael
  9. anyone or previous owner who doesnt agree this car hasnt come on leaps and bounds since ive had it, i will beat you with a wet fish :norty:, i met the lad who brought it back from spain over weekend he was devastated it was looking so good compared to when he had it

  13. i preferd me old ones too but more importantly i prefer havin money when i unemployed haha and the tyres needed replaceing soon which these are 30 quid a go as oppose to 80 for 17's :cuckoo:
  14. after load of complete turnips were the only people interested in me car and i lost me job on friday so i needed bit cash so i sold the wheels and got some others thus putting 50 quid in me pocket, anyway whats yez think :) its rathre low now it on 15's lol
  15. i love mine to bits like, it handles like a go cart aswell ive got it so low, i just want it to beat the average tucci shoppin 25 year olds car lol
  16. i gunna get some more poke for sure at some piitn hopefully this cam and 65mm pulley gunna give me it, i not to bothered about the speed but id like to have a car tha will see off most average sports cars thats all really, nothin wrong wit wantin ya car to go to match the roar, otherwise id have a 1 litre eco tech corsa wit a rage exhaust lol
  17. yeah ya actaully right m8 i did a search and there isnt i always thout it was something alot of people said for some reason :confused4: oh well more fool me still want it done tho haha, if i cant beat em it the same am me 2o5 gti was speed wise which means i havent moved up in the world :sad:

  20. why cant i not beat em, i got stage 4 charger, sns stage 4 charger only done 6k and they still pul on me slighty :sad: only gettin 1o psi boost but it shud beat em i imagine even wit no lamda, i can out drive most the doyles who av em but straight different, ps the brand new ones are much much slower than 04 ish ones anyway :clap: and will me 264 cam and 65mm pulley make tha ltitle edge ya reakon to pull ther pants down haah

  22. an dsurely my car cant be in safe mode just had i set-up although it is running with no lamda at the moment as it fried completely and i need to send it bk to get a new one on warranty
