Mine sits at 102 or 104 with normal driving but goes up to about 110 or 112 if driving through town

I have 2 coolant leaks which REALLY need fixing now. They are where the coolant goes in and out of the engine ( i think ) shown in the picture. I have borrowed a pic of youre engine bay G60JET, hope you dont mind... Ive been told there are 2 'O' rings or something that need replacing. Anyone know how tricky this is and if there are part numbers for them?? :pale:

My windows will only close 1 at a time, not both at once.. Is this normal??

Yeah, it says 36psi rear and 41psi front. Just thought that seemed pretty high. Theyre all at about 30 at the mo....

When at Tesco's i always park in mother and baby spaces with extra space to open doors. No chance of getting door bumped there (and i dont agree with encouraging people to take kids food shopping either)....

Hi all, im wanting a bit more power for the G60. Still saving up for a charger rebuild so not really wanting to go for a pulley right now. I was thinking about maybe some sort of chip and a FPR. If i did this now would i need a different chip when i add the pulley? Any suggestions, chip & FPR or wait for the rebuild... :?:

Well, theyre as tight as they could be but its definitely around there somewhere. Could it be possible for the FPR itself to be leaking??

Anyone any ideas on this problemo... Sometimes (especially when cold) i get a strong smell of petrol inside the car (and also in engine bay if i open the bonnet), after starting. It doesnt happen all the time and goes away as soon as the engine is warm. If i sit defrosting the car at standstill with blowers on max it gets really stinks!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :(

just arranged insurance with Adrian Flux on the G60 for £520!!!! Quite pleased, im 26 with 5 years ncd!!!! -
I had to use spacers on my golf (quite thick ones too) and they pushed the wheels out past the arches. Got a kind of vibration in the steering wheel like off balanced wheels and the tires wore on the ouside edges loads. They were the wrong offset for the car though so might not be relevant...

I believe its true - i still have the protection strips on and car park dents too. Ive heard they are quite tricky to get off anyway (removes some paint if not done carefully!)
