Ive got a blackberry VR6 sat on top of my Sky box, got it off Ebay

Dropped more things off at the powder coaters today :clap:

Sorry if this has been covered before, did a search but couldnt see anything. My new inlet manifold is going to be need to be fitted soon, is it an easy job? Is there an online guide to it anywhere?? Ive got the Bentley manual but havent looked in that yet

Hiya and welcome to the forum. As said above check the guide on here, its very very helpful. I have only ever driven VR6's and that is what I own so cant really comment on other engines but whatever Corrado you get you will love it and will never ever want to sell it.

Is it worth greasing the struts lightly or anything like that to help keep it moving freely?

The gap between top of front tyre and the arch is 40mm. Ideally I would like it dropped another 20mm but then would be having some splitter and sump issues as the place where we keep our horses is down a single track country lane.

I remember seeing the orange MK1 Golf at Minisport years ago and followed it up the motorway, man that thing could shift

Bought some JOM lowering caps off Horney (cheers bud!) so got them fitted last night and it has dropped the front a bit more. I think this is as low as Im going to get without coilovers and cant afford them this year. What do you think?

Hiya and welcome. First of all, have a look at the WIKI thing at the top of the forum that should answer any questions you have about Corrado's. Now, down to business. If its going to be a weekend car who cares if its going to cost you less than a E36 BMW. If you want a Corrado then get a Corrado. You only live once. A lad I know used to have a tuned E36 M3 which he let me borrow quite alot and yea it was faster but nowhere near as much fun and involving as my Corrado. Ive got a VR6 and I use it every single day, wouldnt change it for anything in the world!! And I really mean that, I want a M5 next but wont get one unless I can keep my Corrado too.
