Its running a very low mileage 8v GTI lump at the mo.. but its soon to replaced with turbo power... Baz, long time no speak... my car aint that low compared to whats out there... love to run 16's & get the front all the way down.. but due to the big brakes I cant go smaller than 17's... Thanks Mave.. I keep on top of it as its my daily driver... Yeap I'll be at E38.... 8) -
I had my car resprayed last year as it was looking very sorry for itself, I find the bra protects the edge of the bonnet etc, were myn was badly chipped.. Some of the car bras out there are cheap quality & damage the paint... I hunted around for a while & got myn from the states.. not had any problems with it, fits really well etc.. I only use myn for motorway runs..

started leaking this morning.. took the undertray out & leaked quit badly.. wondering what size the pipes are so I can bypass it for now... its 16v BTW

cheers, yeah iv fitted the old r1 race can off the red one, stil unsure what lights to get upfront.. thanks for the comments guys leave the lamps... just paint the sections around the lamps in black..

hello mate.. no.. but if it was a fuse none of the lcd would work?? or would it?? only some of its working.. you cant make out all the digits.. I'll post a pic up when I get the chance.. parked it up.. use the GTI instead :lol:

as above, the clocks/lcd panel is part showing the miles & clock.. its a warm day car was parked at mates working on his VR, went to start it & the lcd gone all pete tong.. disconnected battery no change.. the lcd panel is fooked.. any ideas? can the elements or something be replace?? or is it gona be a complete replacement of clocks?? can late clocks be fitted to an early rado? only gutting thing is wanted the orignal clocks to stay.. aiming for 200k!! 8)
