very well made, fit perfect and ive heard good things about them ill be able to tell you more about them when the engine is in a running

all the interior wiring is in and ive put in new under lay the weichers rear strut brace is in my front bumper is back from the painters nice big hole to let my intercooler breath sachs racing 4 puck, metal sintered, 228mm, sprung clutch flo flex engine mounts oil cooler pipe and fittings. no need for hose clamps intercooler pipe welded tig welded with stainless wire

there not that dear considering the abuse they take, the amount of braking force they have and they last forever braking is the one area of a car i definitely dont skimp on my brother and i also have them on our road cars aswell and they work great on a daily driver

dont bother with ebc or ferodo. the ferodo pads are alright but the ebc pads are poo get some pagid yellow rs29's or even better get the pagid grey's if they are available for the 288's

dont bother taking out the pin, it can be very tight and may break the bracket. just pop the other end off the ball and it will swing out of the way of the screw, make sure you take the little pin out of the socket part of it or it wont come off.

a lad just up the road from me owned it. he was going to put it back on the road but he decided not to bother. its really not bad at all. just needs a new chassi leg

picked up this bad boy for free, stripped it for all the nice bits of trim, screws, bolts ect genuine 38,000 miles. very very clean with no rust at all. i think it hit a tractor, easily repairable but its off to the scrap yard soon i wrapped the down pipe to keep down the heat in the engine bay this is the difference between a car that is put together and a car that is well put together ive put tape over the holes for the clips that hold on the interior panels on the rear quarters. this stops the clips rattling and it stops the clip wearing through the paint, its the way the factory did it

the engine is back out again hopefully for the last time. i need to tidy stuff up, fit a few parts and check everything before it goes back in before for the final time. the shifter is installed wrapped the steering rack in heat shield to protect it from the hot exhaust fitted the vacuum pipe to the brake servo and also wrapped it in heat shield i have the expansion tank mounted on the drivers side the ecu is mounted on the original ecu bracket i have my new seats ordered but i wont have them for 10-12 weeks because they are built to order but there definitely worth the wait

the engine is going to be mapped very hard. its only a weekend toy so i want a very aggressive map, i want to make the most of the garret gt28

i installed my kw v3's i have all the brake pipes made ive started chopping up my bumper to make room for the intercooler i got a set of 17" bbs rc's off geo, i love them and the have plenty of room for the large stoppers

ok so finally got a chance to do some more work on the corrado all the parts for my brake system and a bias adjuster to stop the 4 pots on the rear locking up i mounted the bias adjuster on the bulkhead behind the heat shield all my bits arrived back from the platers, no gay chrome just the proper original finish

my front caliper brackets arrived the hose for pluming the engine i bought a inter-cooler pipe from a bmw 7 series. it cost a fortune but well worth because it just clips onto my inter-cooler(bmw) and goes around the end of the rad perfectly test fitting the hose i took the alloy pipe out of the bmw hose and made up my own out of 2,5" stainless pipe. all my inter-cooler pipes made fitted in the car then i put a lambda sensor in my down pipe

nope its a 5 stud disc machined to 4 stud

there is no spacer (the wheel is the standard corrado offset) eventually i might have to put on a 1mm or 2mm spacer just to be safe.

ive got my front brakes sorted. 340mm x 30mm discs fit nicely behind the 17" bbs rc, they look really good with the rears

finally got the corrado running and it doesnt sound too bad :)

what type of paddle clutch do you have? my brothers corrado and his mtm s3(daily driver) have paddle clutches and they are in no way harsh or juddery. its a sachs motorsport paddle clutch and a standard genuine pressure plate and they feel lovely and light and very smooth. thats the setup im going to be using in my corrado. the one in the s3 lasted 60,000 miles with 350bhp

you have made some very good suggestions, i know its over kill but from day one i wanted huge brakes on the front and back, i wouldn't bother with two pots on the rear because it doesn't take any more effort to put four pots on and i really love the way it looks plus it will make the car stand out. as for the front to rear bias im not going to do anything until the brakes are working anyways bias adjusters are cheap

its actually not a heavier setup because the porsche calipers are alot lighter than the original ones so it probably works out roughly the same weight. ill run it first with just the original bias adjuster and if needs be ill put in and adjustable one.

nope, in fact the standard ones would have been more than enough but i want a challenge to see if i can get it to work properly and they do look unbelievably good. i admit it, im a brake whore :lol:

im not sure yet, ill have to wait untill i get the actual wheels im using before i know what color to paint them.
