before anyone says it, i know i could have just got another wing but wheres the fun in that. the mk2 golf bonnet that has sacrificed its self for my corrado (i like the fact that im putting vw metal back onto the car) cut the bottom off the wing cut out the shape i needed the new and the old just need to weld it on

the super special stage in donegal town when loeb put snow tires on was great. drifted every corner 8)

the genuine ones arent too expensive, personally i like to keep as much stuff as possible on my car genuine

cut out all the brackets for the old shifter, get the mk4 shifter and take the ridges off the side of it so it will fit in the tunnel. drill 2 holes in front of the hole in the tunnel for the studs on the front of the mk4 shifter make a small bracket that goes from the back of the shifter to the top of the tunnel on the inside of the car. job done about a half days work.

ya its pretty much the same as the corrado box. just need to get some 100mm bolt in output flanges. when i did mine i found a pair of flanges under the bench dont know what they came out of maybe mk3 16v abf box. you can even use the original drive shafts. and you will have to put in the mk4 shifter.

if only it was that easy, the nitromors or any other paint stripper wont go through the factory primer so the only way to get it all off is to sand it :( bought some of those rubber strip disc for the the shell, the nitromors is just too slow, takes it a while to go through 6 paint jobs
-
got some panels striped door finished wing finished bonnet finished
-
the holes in the calipers are 130mm center to center
-
ya but he doesnt post much, too busy working on his track car

im using 305mm seat ibiza cupra r discs and carriers. why are people so obsessed with silver corrados, personally i dont like silver on a corrado this is the look im going for its my brothers
-
im doing all the work myself. the only things i am not doing is putting on the base coat and clear as you need a oven to bake it and im getting someone to do the mapping on the engine. everything else is done by yours truly. as soon as a panel is stripped it is going to be primed.
-
the part numbers are 996 352 421 996 352 422 got mine for £160 do you mean the distance between the holes?
