  1. You've got to be kidding? What advantage would the Corsa driver gained from that collision?
  2. £2000 plus fees provisional. Stolen if it sells

  5. I cant read that, did find this tho http://www.dimsport.es/es/files/Milltek-Volkswagen.pdf
  6. http://www.millteksport.com/products.bymodel.cfm?modelid=63 I don't think those part number refer to Milltek?
  7. May swap for a down at heal Corrado. The Audi is MOTd until August, so major rush to strip it just yet. The Mini Comps were blasted and powder coated 2 years ago and are in nice condition, one rear has since been repainted and a new Michelin tyre fitted 12 months and 5K miles ago
  8. I can see the vid now, reversing lights not on, but if they were would you have been looking right and missed them anyway? Their reversing manoeuvre wasn't excessive was it? Its an unfortunate happening (**** happens), I'd have declared knock for knock at the scene (if they were agreeable) TBH. You could employ a barrister at £200+ per hour?
  9. Admit nothing imo, they work for you, not the other way around. The accident is an awkward one, the other driver has right of way, you have to give way (look right, left, right and proceed if clear) they can reverse if they need too. I can't view the vid either.

  13. Would you like to provide a link to where this was taken from? Any idea who the guest user (deleted account presumably?) was?
  14. And virtually every 240v appliance has a regulated power supply inside too.
  15. If that was the case the fuel gauge and temp gauge would also jump around? Dashes have a voltage regulator fitted to prevent the voltage differential from battery / alternator charging rates affecting readouts. MK2s had a 3 prong 9V regulator fitted to the rear of the clock for this reason.
  16. The pump is probably seized, disconnect the wiring to the pump and try the starter, if the fuse doesn't blow with the wiring open circuit that points towards the pump being seized.
  17. The thicker pads will only have more friction material bonded to the steel backing plates, so it will only delay what you have now. What type of rear calipers are fitted? Standard, MK4 or maybe other? The only way to make sure the pistons wont eventually pop out of the caliper body is to remove the pistons and measure for all eventualities maximum pad wear, disk wear etc and calculate the amount of piston remains inside the body of the caliper. Maybe a pic of the caliper could give clues to what's going on?
  18. With the handbrake off, grab the handbrake lever and work it too and fro to make the piston protrude further from the caliper body.

  22. The car is currently complete, it's silvery blue in colour, the paint on the front bumper is crazed below, the grill, most likely from a low speed impact. All large items are collection only.
  23. Ewe Ross is the producer of VCDS, Rosstech is his company. I bought mine from gendan.
