beeftech, niiiice! Make the most of it!

Always liked these! Look forward to seeing it's 'evolution'
-
Just keeo an eye on it. Look for any coolant residue on the hoses/connections. If you end up changing it, it's an easy one  When I did mine it was around £55 from the dealer.

Grrr... got smacked into today... in the VR....

As always, glad you're OK. Bummer though :( Sounds like it should be relatively easy to sort. There are soooo many bad drivers around! -
May be coming back to the fold already......

Nice one! It's impossible to get away! -
Just like my first Corrado (apart from the 17's!). Looks nice and clean. Any mods planned apart from the ported charger?
-
They look amazing! Good job that man! May need clears though...

On my 20 minute drive to work, I usually get around 32mpg. On longer runs it's generally 34-36mpg. This is my third valver, and it's also the thirstiest. On the others I used to get 35-40mpg on longer runs. Not bad at all. The 8v will defo be better for fuel consumption. Drove one a few months ago and it was showing mid thirties on a short run. Wasn't as slow as I thought it would be either!

Welcome! Looks like you got a good 'un 8)

Was talking to Jim and Steve about this at the CCGB day. It's such a crap design... I'll be having a good go at mine in the next few weeks- I'll let you know how I get on! My garage actually offered to do it for me when I had the car serviced. Think I'll have a go myself though.

Blimey, that's cheap! What's the quality like? What cel is it? Think with the Milltek & Blueflame ones you have a choice of either 100 or 200 cel.
-
CoxyLaad, me too! WTF?!
-
Looks really good, Trigg- good choice! Kev, do a search and see how many times you've said 'uber'
-
Blimey double-6s, this is all sooo over the top! Everyone knows that the best way to save weight is to fold the seats down! Now, imagine that you are crawling across a frozen pond...

My Kahn RS-S 17's (up for sale soon!)
-
Dizzy  No idea how to remove it though :?
-
wilson, have you read this yet?
-
Yes they do, but I'm not sure how far back they go. Doubtful they'll keep records over 10 years? Give 'em a call.
-
Would be very close if they were both running right. As David says, the C would be ahead at the top end. wilson, take it to Stealth for a RR tune. Get the WUR mod (warm up regulator) etc and you'll be getting over 150bhp easy, and beating all the MK2's
-
I'm sure he said that straight after the Hammond feature, back in the studio. Someone must have it, if they've got the Hammond bit
-
Yeh, it's very easy to get carried away and buy the first car you see. If you have any niggling doubts whatsoever, it's usually best to be strong and walk away.

Should be a sticker in the boot and on the inside front cover of the service book. Think there's a sticker inside one of the front wings too.

refixing rear badges - where do I get those blue things?
CazzaVR replied to djmac56's topic in Suppliers Forum
You can get the blue fixing lugs from the stealers. Only a few pence each  -
Exhaust!!!!!! so many but which ones the best??????
CazzaVR replied to Toady1979's topic in General Car Chat
I've got a Scorpion too, and it sounds perfect. Like the boxer tailpipe too. Don't think the fit is anywhere near as good as Magnex or Supersprint though. Custom exhausts are a bit hit and miss. Had a Powerflow on one of my valvers and it was the best exhaust I've had. Have also heard some horror stories though- think it depends who does it. -
Looks really nice! Don't change the wheels!
