I used a wall paper steam cleaner with autosmart g101 and also a kettle....!
-
Just keep going mate, did exactly the same and it did work but takes a few applications to get it clean...
-
do they come with the proper adapters and where are you based
-
The colour match from them is spot on, i`ve still got loads of it left over and I used a spray tanner machine I got from ebay for a fiver...!!!!
-
Just a thought but when its all done take some pictures then just cover the lot in clear wax oil....!!!! thats what i`d do to keep all that top work looking its best......If not before long all the threads and bolt heads will start to tarnish and discolour.

Great attention to detail, will be great when summer comes...spot on mate a real credit to you

90% of body shops can`t finish cars to a high standard and Mr Jones across the road will have **** paint work within 6 months if he does not wash it correctly and use the right products. We are so far behind the americans when it comes to car care and detailing but with some time and care you can have your car looking amazing... Most body shops only mop the car afterwards to hide and eliminate the orange peel effect and poor finish they get out of the gun...
-
I`d go back to basic`s, go on detailing world and have a good look around.I got mine to a really nice finish but it was not just a one off job it took many many hours of refinement and learning about different products and paint. If you are still getting water marks then the paint is not sealed properly.. On darker paint I found poorboys black hole glaze great for using at shows and jetseal superb.

It is indeed a good well spec`d low mileage car and like you have said in the flesh it needs a full hit to be flawless. Owning a mk1,mk2 and corrado you already have mental issues so I won`t comment further.....lol I detailed, wet sanded and fully machine polished my mate mk2....looks great on the pictures but in real life not the best.. -

So no respray for the rado then.....? -
Had to side step the kids with baseball caps and dodge all the air ride and bling but saw some really nice cars. Not many corrados and mainly stuck to mk1`s and mk2`s. Some cars inside that I wouldn't describe as show cars and some that were good on top but rotten underneath. ---------- Post added at 7:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 7:00 PM ----------

If its just the running of the car then I agree, but door seals/scrapper seals/sunroof seals ect mean that being able to restore one is very difficult.
-
Agree with this.....
-
I just remember a previous thread about this I'm sure the corrado ones are obsolete....
