I`ll do the full spec ect when i get the car and start a build thread but basically was offered it due to it failing mot on subframe corrosion, case of over picky mot guy and the owner was considering breaking the car.. Its got 1 previous owner,108k with fvwsh and is tatty in places but complete so would rather see it back on the road than being broken.

Jesus dont pay that much..!! get a silverline one for about £45 and then onto elite car care for a pad and backing plate set, £100 top wack should see you started.

took several chunks out of my hands when i did mine..!! oh yes and tighten the front mount..lol

re connect the pipes then top up the fluid and turn the steering lock to lock to fill the system and top us as required.

to do it right you`d need to grind back the sealer inside then hammer/fold the metal and then seal back in but you`ll end up needing paint..

used some autosmart g101 degreaser and white spirits, does just take bit of hard work but the results are great and remembering the car has 170k on it..!!

just take it off and check for obvious damage, 2nd hand ones normally sell for 40 and then no guarentee they do work

just phoned them and its 64 plus vat but i asked for discount and got the vat off.
