Haha it was just too good to let sit there and not be driven. Cars are meant to be driven not locked in a garage. Would of been a shame to let it waste away in a garage
-
Well I'm affriad this is it. The VR6 went to its new home in the weekend and Im confident I won't be returning to Corrado ownership in the future unless I win the lotto!! (Never say never) fantastic cars I just don't have the time or money to enjoy one to the fullest. This VR6 has gone to a good owner. Young and enthusiastic so hopefully he'll enjoy it as much as I did.

I need a brake caliper for the front drivers side on my VR6. Is this the right one https://m.buycarparts.co.uk/abs/7798102
-
In after the above for the passengers side front. Needs to be in working condition.
-
Hi mate yeah they are bright enough. My corrado just passed its MOT with them fitted and can easily see all the lights in the day time. Price listed above includes postage so £45 all in.
-
Still for sale. £3000 to anyone within this forum. If still around by end of next week I will be getting new battery and brake caliper for it and then asking £3500
-

As title says link has all the details in. Priced a bit high in the expectation of being knocked down in the haggling and willing to do a good deal with members on here http://https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F392101546700

As I am going to be selling my car soon and I am returning it to standard so I have a couple of bits for sale. BMC CDA - sounds amazing could do with a clean and fits straight onto the MAF but no support bracket unfortunately - now sold Tinted rear lights - looks amazing and standard bulbs are bright enough be seen through it. Only down side is 1 screw on both of the lights that go onto the boot have broken off. This does not effect how they work and had no issues when they were fitted on my car. - £45 posted Sorry my phone won't let me upload photos onto the forum but can Provide them if required but we all know what they look like. Photos of items CNA be seen attached to the car in the build thread on page 4 http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?97994-Swompy-s-Corrado-No-3-1992-VR6/page4

Well it past the MOT couple of little things that need sorting but once they're done it'll be up for sale
-
Hahaha if I had enough money to not worry about keeping one I would :bonk:
-
Well car fired up straight away yesterday and drive really well down to where it's getting serviced and MOT. Sounded amazing
-
Well unfortunately I have decided my time as a Corrado owner is truly over just don't have the love for them anymore despite them being an awesome car. Ive hardly use it this year so will be selling it in the coming weeks after a mot and service.
-
Hi mate I no longer sell these sorry
-
Such a shame. Full of knowledge and very welcoming when I first joined the forum
-
Very nice. I nearly brought one of them. Was going to to view a second time when my local Skoda dealer rang me to tell me about an Octavia VRS that had just arrived. More toys lower miles and cheaper so was no brainer really. Even if the bmw was a nice drive
-
No recalls for me either and I picked mine up with only 34k miles on it from a Skoda main dealer. Been thinking of getting it mapped to make it even more fun to drive
-
Lovely car and as always love what you do to them. Similar plan of action for my newly acquired VR6. And to answer your question on what we're all driving now, my daily driver is a 2011 Skoda Octavia VRS estate TDI in Racing Blue. Such a great car to drive. 170bhp and plenty of torque so fast enough to keep me entertained and also great on fuel. plus the handling is incredible. Gone round some corners at speeds I was surprised by and it just stuck to the ground.

I got myself one of these not so long ago, just finding the time to get out in it is the issue http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/mobile/vitus-bikes-nucleus-275-vr-cosmetic-damage-2017/rp-prod162223
