28. Got my first corrado at 20

Busy day today sorting out the auxiliary belt and belt tension-er bearing as well as changing the rear lights to some tinted ones. Two about to become one! Makes hell of a difference if you put the pulley in the oven and the bearing in the freezer before hand, slips in nice and easily then. All installed back on the car and the squeaking sound has gone. New lights going on All fitted Old lights before I wrap them up for storage. any part I take off that isn't broken will be kept safe and secure just in case. First car I can ever remember is the McLaren F1 -
Yeah found that out after I ruined this one. Lucky Ian has one spare so will pop and see him this weekend

Well i tried yo change the auxiliary belt and the tensioner bearing but didn't go as planned. Bearing didn't want to come out and ended up putting a crack in the pully :bonk: So need yo get a new pully then I'll finish it all off

You've had some work to do that's for sure looks good dude
-
Good to see you've still got the old BlackBerry. Will have to catch up some time soon.

Jim is the man as always

Plus the headlight protectors once on were impossible to remove without opening the bonnet if I remember correctly
-
I'm sure they old version were clip on
-
I had some protectors on my motorbike held on with some plastic Velcro but can't say I'd recommend the stuff. The old style protectors that clipped on are so much better
-
Yeah I'd defo be interested in some lightly smoked head light and fog/indicator covers
-
Thanks everyone
-
Shame they were really good plus could get them tinted too
-
Damn. I'm sure that's more than double what I paid for a set before
-
On my last corrado I had a set of headlight protectors. Does anyone know if these are still around or where to find them
