1. Legend :D Let me know how much it cost and ill send you some beer tokens!!!!
2. Not done any of the downhill bits yet as I havnt got the "minerals" yet to do them. Only just started with mtb so still learning. I do love the end bit of the verderers trails makes the rest of it worth while. But think its a great all round track with the little down hill sections well spaced out through out the whole trail. The last down hill is just amazing :D
3. Welcome from another Gloucestershire member :D
4. Well yesterday did go to plan for me. Took longer than we thought it would to put my new crank and chain guide on. So didnt get to Pedal a bike away till 2 and that was only for 10 mins as just after the first section on the blue run ended up going all dizzy and feeling sick so chucked the towel in and headed up. :( Oh well made up for it today and powered around another track and got covered in mud, I must invest in a front Mud guard, couldnt see anythng half the time! 5. Haven't planned to go to it but I'm sure we will cross paths soon enough. Defo won't turn down another chance to ride in that beast :D
6. IF your happy to do that then that would be great, We are walking on the 8th of Feb. :) Defo taking plenty of food and water with us as well as a few sugary snacks for that boost.
7. I have a set of these on my corrado and can vouch for how good they are and feel. Bargain price too.
8. I'm not taking it lightly jim that's for sure. Got a decent set of walking boots, crampons, thermal leggings, water proof over trousers, decent coat (wind and rain proof) as well as hat, gloves and scarf/balaclava type thing. Would take a ice axe with me but they are rather expensive!
9. Ill be at pedal a bike away from about mid day with a couple of friends too. Keep an eye out for a camo mk3 estate!
10. I think we are going up the PYG track. I cant wait although I know its going to be hard work as I'm not the fittest of people. We are going up on the friday, staying in a hotel and then walking on the saturday. :D
11. As above really. For some silly reason I have agreed to walk up Snowdon with a couple of friends in a couple of weeks :bonk:

16. Well after going through the cars paper work last night I realised the MOT ran out in November so because of this I have decided she wont be back on the road for this year!!! In stead when the weather starts getting better Im going to start the clean up I've been planning on doing for a while now. Including completly stripping the underside cleaning and resealing it. As well as all new lines (brakes fuel ect) plus clean up and powder coat the subframes, rear beam, cross member ect ect. And maybe see where else it takes me whilst my hands are dirty. Will be a shame not to have her on the road for the 25th anniversary and a blast around Castle coomb. Will still be going to the event but not in the rado. So watch this space :)
17. So far this is the amount of snow we have had
18. I recon the mk1 would have the best power to weight ratio and in a straight line would be the quickest, the Corrado would be the best planted round the corners as it was designed for that engine. But I think the mk2 would be some where in the middle maybe slightly quicker than the rado off the line due to the weight, TBH I would have the corrado as it would be the all rounded and the suspension was designed for the VR6 lump to be in it. The others would be fun to drive but would probably be quite nose heavy in the corners and under steer a bit. Either way the noise coming from all of them would be amazing :D
19. I might as well as its only costing me £10 a month at the mo. just need to sort out a cheap daily. Looking at polo 6n's can pick them up quite cheap and are cheap to run too. ---------- Post added at 8:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 8:41 PM ---------- But defo want to take the rado around castle coomb on the national day :D
20. Most probably mate! Probably going to run it this summer and then start some resto work on it taking my time just refining it.
