sidelight fuses ( 7&8 ) both fine any other ides, both sidelight bulbs? i`m sure they were working yesterday??/

right now i`m confused with dimdip connected ign off - no lights on any click ign on - 1st click - dip 2nd click - works ok dip and main with dimdip disconnected ign off - no lights on any click ign on - 1st click- no lights 2nd click - works ok dip and main any idea??

just fitted my loom from gav, as posted in good salesman thread just a couple of things tho`: 1. when i click my lights on at the switch without the ignition on the lights do not lightup, is this correct? 2. what should i put over the connections as they look a bit likely to get wet other than that very impressed so far come on night time!!!!! thanks again gav ben

hey me mate lost his car keys (mk2 golf) and i`m going to change the ignition barrell tomorrow has any one got a copy of the haynes manual where it tells you to drill?? done it on my car old car before but cant remember?? anyone wanna scan me the pages as dont have a Haynes???!! TIA ben

and the part number for the pass. blade has now also changed (i think). and i quote about the kits: "they`ve changed `cos we`re not making enough money from you corrado boys! (parts dude at my dealers!!!!) :lol:

hey can anyone confirm that the lock sets from GSF (part no.857440101 made by Dansk, £35) or Euro car parts (part no. 87540, £32) for mk2 golf includes the ignition barrel, i bought one a few years ago that did but i just wanna make sure (my mates lost his keys) :lol: Divvy thanks

i take it thats oil temp? it`s been discussed a lot before but a quick recap is that oil around 125 is too high, around 100 is perfect and buy a mocal oil cooler from somewhere like stealth, there not that expensive and relatively easy to fit!!!

me mates dad owns Skippy ( the skip on wheels thats been on top gear etc) 1.3 turbo, i`ve not been in it but am told its quite nippy for a skip :lol:

you can get koni`s and H&R`s for not much more from stealth. i`d save a little more money and buy them
