AFAIK the reflector part is only available by buying the whole headlight unit (£150 VAG i think!!!) OT you can buy new glass lenses though about £20 from stealer. no idea on venom!

whats the process then? it is spray then sand, spray then sand until onto final layer of laquer? ( vaguelly remember it being like that on my golf eybrow but dunno if its different for lenses?) and kev i read somewhere you had to wipe the laquer off at some point.... is it easy to do and what do you use?

i suppose to do it properly it would be best to wait till its all dried then mask the red bits and fill in the orange with clear laquer then laquer the whole lot afterwards???? long winded i reckon but d`ya think it`d work???

have a look what some woman did to sonia`s corrado last week by letting her trolley roll across the supermarket park (at the far end....is no-where safe??) doing this and then putting a massive scrape down three panels of an A3!! :mad: :mad: :mad: and when sonia showed the woman what she`d done she was met with proper verbal abuse by the woman and her 2 mates!!!! :shock: sonia was on her own and just had to walk off!!!! :( anyway, anyone used dentmaster on this type of dent and what kind of results?? bit worried cos its on the crease of the arch and the car was only sprayed 18mths ago after getting keyed down one side so i`m not sure of the shade!! thanx..

has anyone ever tried only spraying half the lens red? :?: i mean by laying down thin bits of tape on the lens (like bike sprayers do on gas tanks) so youd have couple of mm red couple of mm orange couple of mm red couple of mm orange......... all the way down after peeling them off after spraying would this then still look red but allow orange light to pass through?? :) and more importantly would it look pants? :oops: hope you understand what i mean, no real idea on this but just wondered!

welcome to the world of C! :) if your alarm has started to go wrong it`s likely it will carry on messing about cos its probably 10 years old! for peace of mind get a new one fitted, something like a toad alarm should sort you out and are not too expensive about £250- 300 i think and it will do all you need ie CL, full closure, thatcham 1 etc... have a look on the search option at the top of the page!

cool i`m going tommorrow too looking for BBS centre caps so i`ll ask too only thing is when i bought the car the it was advertised with SPECIAL brakes done by Awesome so i dont know if they`re 16v or G60? guess i`ll have to get the measuring tape out! is it 256mm =16v 280mm = G60?

thats a bit more expensive than i thought! does anyone know what the ones available from bosch dealers are like cos i can get a pair of OEM replacemnts for around half that price??
