The Product as a Liquid is liquified by adding slight pressure about 4 bar nominal, its about -30° from what I can remember, cold enough to give a cold burn. So as its in liquid form to the vapouriser and wrapped via the cooling system is how you get the cooler running. there is a slight decrease in power unless you fit one of the newer systems that as you will guess are more expensive. LPG is quite hard on Valve seats too,My old man ran gas cars and most suffered valve problems,Leaded valve heads help so that would be fine with your older valver. Most opt for doughnut tanks, usually around 34 litres extra. Independant petrol stations should be cheaper for LPG or find a friendly farmer :-) Ex calor driver 15 years. Cleaner engine for sure

whats a corrado like to drive compared to a 79 golf gti?
chubbybrown replied to anndy's topic in General Car Chat
We had a mk1 Gti Before the Corrado, its the Only car she would have and let go of her golf. we got a 16v one,its had a battery and serviced every year, apart from that not much has gone wrong with it. Compared to the scrap they make today its pretty faultless and 20 years old. Would I buy another? Based on this one yes. Vr6's I would think Love petrol stations as do G60's if you can afford the Petrol go for a VR6 as 4K gets a lot of Nice car 8) -
Buying local I think still has lots going for it,unless its macrae and D&rk! avoiding the Ford was wise,My fiesta was back 15 times, utter scrap,Crankshaft oil seal failed after 36k You wont have any problems with the Toyota.

All good points here actually. We sold our golf gti mk1 for £1100 with a years ticket on it,llasa green in colour as we knew it was going to be kept, rare? maybe for the price but I do get appauled when looking for a cheap diesel caddy for the daughter, would be nice to see one all the same colour and have a solid deck in the back for around £1000. Im not even close. Then dubbers will wonder why I buy her a Corsa rather than a Lupo or anything else realted to vw

Is your Corrado the most unreliable car you've ever owned?
chubbybrown replied to Jay2's topic in General Car Chat
Havent had nothing wrong for 6 years, just the usual serviceing,a bulb on the dash and ignition amp when we got it :D Glad I bought a low mile valver when I wanted a Vr6 as you do :dorky: 8) :D    -
why did they only make some colours on different models :(
chubbybrown replied to Danny Ess's topic in Exterior
Someone put a vr6 into a nugget, the guys a legend and a great sleeper car for the track   :D -
fitted mk4's about 4 years ago, never had a prob since. when going from mk2 to mk4 you need a conversion set of hoses,I got mine from C+R afaik some change the handbrake cable thats about it. everything else stays the same.

surprised your 1989 had a cat. The G60 92 may have been a post facelift model as both were around at that time. pre -_- bonnet post -^- bonnet poverty spec valvers shouldnt be over looked as they have nothing on them to go wrong. I would dismiss an 8valve truck either. how often do you go over 4,000 rpm? We hardly do..... so probably should have looked at an 8v rather than reading they are slow when they aint! chubbz
