Ah apologies ... I assumed 'all things under your bonnet!' meant ... well all the things under my bonnet

Who actually likes Trivium?! ... I went to see Slayer & Mastodon last year, Trivium supporting ... The lead singer stood proud on stage and shouted "Who fuckin hates Trivium?!! ... I'd say 80% of the crowd lifted their arms ... "Well fuck you!! Who loves Trivium?" ... I'd say 10% of the 20% left were brave enough to lift their arms ... "Well this set is for you!!" ... as they cheesily go into their first song!! ... What a load of shite!! I've got soft recently, listening to a lot of acoustic ... Really into City and Colour ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8HPk26gdW0 Massive Isis fan ... Baroness is another ... Relatively unknown but I love them, Enablers ... not the best quality, but I'd recommend downloading 'End Note' ...

Yeah the problem with mine is the motor, I bought one from the forum for about £30 ... Not fitted it yet but I tested everything else and everything else was functional ...
-
I've seen a Front Upper Alloy Strut Brace on ebay which the seller has said fits on his 2.0 16V, any ideas if this fits the VR6 ... and if it's worth buying one?
-
Not a fan of white wheels ... that was until I saw them on the black car, think I'm converted ... dread to think of keeping them clean though :pale:

If it's a problem with your pump, I've got one for sale. Like new, I use solenoids now so no use for it ...
-
Whats the recommended for a VR6 then? ... I've been cheaping out, servicing it soon so have been thinking about the best oil to use ...
-
hahahahahahahahahaha brilliant!! Was planning the 1p & 2p trick with the courts ... but you can only pay by cheque, direct debit, or at a manual pay station :(
-
I'm annoyed for you ... recently had a dispute with a cock bouncer ... that cost me £75 'compensation fee' ... whats this world coming to??
-
Mate I'm so sorry for your loss, heart breaking. Can't speak for everyone, but maybe some breakers can offer a 'millerman discount' to help cushion the blow ... Just a thought! Good luck with ur insurance

The last thing you wanna do mate is cut it off, then they have a case for criminal damage and there's no way out of it. I also wouldn't just pay it and then try to claim your money back, coz you'll never see it. I'd try to get in touch with them before you pay anything, and if they don't want to know until you pay. Pay with a credit card, then you can dispute the matter with your card company and you're more likely to get your money back. You can try to charge them back with breach of human rights, make sure they have a legal certificate to clamp, if they don't you're laughing. Just don't sign ANYTHING, the moment you sign anything or admit to anything, you're fucked. You don't have a contract with these people so you are not held to anything. Same as TV license ... Just don't pay it, they can't do anything to make you pay ...

Found right here ... viewtopic.php?f=11&t=90366 ... -
Aw shucks :camp:  Door handles are great, smooth and easy ... great action if you like ... Only problem I had was I had to replace the factory air powered central locking and replace it with a couple of solenoids, the air couldn't hack the strength of the new handles. I bought cheap originally and they both broke within a day ... so I was crawling through my boot! Bought better ones second time round and no problems yet ... fingers crossed

I wasn't the calmest person on the planet at that point believe me, i thought I was going to rip the hinges off his door I opened it so hard!! Well done waynos, you can collect your prize here ... http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af1/ ... /cerif.jpg ... I hope this is reward enough for your superb automotive knowledge, you can print it and pin it to your wall :D Cheers for all your feedback, like to hear it, good or bad ... It's all down to personal choice at the end of the day

I'm not really a fan of the exhaust either to be honest, bought it with it on and it's pretty low on my 'to do' list ... it works, it sounds good ... I'll get round to it eventually  I'd like to get coilovers, some new rims and pull the arches ... but I'm unsure whether to do this before I start improving performance ... I took it to a body shop near me in Christchurch called Kustom Kolors ... They've done a great job, brilliant lads there. Work done ... Bonnet washers smoothed, Mk4 washers under lip of bonnet. De-badged and colour coded (if you didnt notice  ) ... Swaj lines removed from front bumper Side repeaters shaved and American spec installed into front bumper Audi A3 handles ... (had to install door solenoids as air powered central locking couldn't hack it) New wing mirrors ... think I'll keep you guessing on that one  ... prize to the winner Rear badges smoothed, swaj lines smoothed Towing eye removed, rear bumper swaj lines smoothed Boot lock removed, solenoid installed Audi TT wiper conversion And obviously the inpro lighting, fucking nightmare they caused me!! Even now, I've had to bodge the adjusters in as they don't fit in properly! Really happy with it although its due back in ... the day after I picked it up ... some cunt REVERSED into me!! Front end needs spraying again :( For weeks after I shunted my front end, I was praying someone would knock into me so I could use their insurance ... then I get it back ... and my prayers are answered!! hahaha

Just got my Rado back!!

Lets hope ... I blissfully hocked up a greeny the other day ... big mother fucker ... oh bollocks I thought, my window doesn't work! ... looked over at the passenger window, I was going too fast to take my eyes off the road long enough to make sure my aim was true ... didn't want a splattered interior ... pissing down with rain outside so the sunroof was a no go ... I finally resided to the fact, that I was going to have to swallow that fucker ... like swallowing a brain ... :gag: Someone please help!!
