I can't really help you with the part numbers Mate but I have a rockwell motor in the shed that I bought recently in error as I mis-diagnosed my sunroof problem :(. I'll have a look tomorrow night see if the number is the same. ***edit*** Just checked and it is the same number as your original.

Just checked and that's the one. Cheers Mate ;)
-
Cheers Mate, I'll give that number a try :)

Morning folks, does anyone know the part no. for the fuel accumulator that sits under the car between the pumps?? I can't seem to find one anywhere :( A supplier of the above part would be great too :)

As above folks, I've replaced everything else to cure my fuelling problem so I need one of these please. Thanks, Andy

This is coming on well Tom. Good to see you again last night at the meet. Hopefully this will be making an appearence at the next one so the Corrado numbers are increased 8)

Was that an expensive thing to do ?? Also, where should I be looking for the idle screw?? never had any dealings.

Oh poo :-( . I was hoping it was going to be an easy fix. Thanks for the info. Did you just have a remap then?? Didn't know that would work.

Evening all. Just fitted a new ISV on my 9a and I'm having issues with the tickover. It's running a little high and also when I accellerate and shut off to change gear, the revs take a little while to drop, but not all the time. Has anyone else experienced this? Cheers, Andy

Is that the Pettsy wagon I see there? Did the passat have a sunroof in it Tom? not sure if I asked you that when I was there.
-
Cheers Tom, yeah, I'm really pleased with it. Motor worked great Mate. Only problem was so did my original. There are 2 fuses that are linked to the sunroof I have found so I now have a spare :-D

You mean the numberplate plinth then :-D

I put mine here :-D Not nice for folks that need a lift though !

Cheers for that but alas still no good :-(. It seems to move just a little no matter what position I leave the sunroof in (no full closure), and also (but only sometimes) it opens slightly when I start the car up !?!?!?

Cheers for that, I'll give it a try :-) ---------- Post added at 01:01 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:52 PM ---------- Hmmmm................ no joy with that either. Motor was in the correct position.

Morning folks, I have just replaced me sunroof and got it all working again but I'm having issues with what I can only think is with the alarm. It's a Toad ai606 (or similar) and when I start the car up it opens the sunroof slightly on the tilt function. I close it and carry on about my way. When I lock the car, the same thing happens again! the sunroof pops up a little. So much so that when I pull up I have to make sure the sunroof is partially slid back to compensate for the movement. Any ideas??
