yer if you start it from cold let it run for 30 secs.take the water cap off ,has it built up a lot a pressure in 30 secs.i had same sort of prob with mine i changed everything then took head off to find it was cracked

it could be the water pump,or even the headgasket

make sure the cap is the newer blue type,check the fans working when it gets hot

whats it cost for the part,if its cheap i might just change it,as i said it ticks over fine untill hot then the revs drop and pick up but it doesent stall

must be different types then,mine are red and where cheap off ebay.they didnt make my ride horrendous they just made the car feel a lot more solid on the road

i fitted poly bushes to my wishbones,must say it made a massive differance

i remember when i first bought it ,i was told that the cold start valves cause problems

hi i no corrados are not the best on fuel but mine this time last year was showing 39mpg on the bypass and 32 ish on normal roads.now its hard to get it up to 29 on the bypass and 17 normal roads.also if its ticking over the revs are rising and falling on there own.i was going to try an injector cleaner,is there anything else worth checking or changing.its starts great and doesnt cut out when ticking over

ive had a price of a recon unit £67 ,is it worth trying new fluid in old pump first

hi my steering pump has always made a bit of a noise on full lock but since having new tyres its worse.so i might need to change it in the near furture.whats the cost of them and how hard are they to change.getting sick of people turning around and saying whats that noise when it starts squealing

i fitted jom coilovers and polybushes in wishbones and 4 avon zz3 tyres the car drives much beter now

no it was just tracking,the power steering seems to scream more than norm and it feels harder to turn.also turning circle not as good

hi fitted polybushes to my wishbones and it made a big differance .i took it to be tracked and that made a big differance aswell.prob ive got now tho is on full lock the wheels catch on inner wing.ive got 205/40/17 tyres

think i paid about £40 for a complete waterpump,i would fit a new thermostat aswell,it could even be a blocked heater matrix -
