just got my coilovers.can you set the height of them off the car.the thread is 215 mm long.i want to lower the car 40mm.cheers

ive seen um for £468 on ebay,i had to get the cheapo jom coilovers £165 but they should be beter than driving around with a broken spring

what condtion are the wheels and tyres -
sounds like it could be a number of things,wheel bearing,track rod end,ball joint,bolts loose in bottom of coilover

hi ive bought some coilovers.how tricky is it to fit the rears as ive got a broken spring and need them done asap.i will be fitting them on the floor not a ramp

g60 discs are 4 stud tho.standard corrado are 256mm

i am sure they are 288mm on a vr and a vr is 5 stud .these are 4 stud for early 16v or mk2 golf gti

yer bought them thinking my 16v had standard 256mm,stripped it then found they are 280mm on it

hi my rear spring has broke so ive looked at buying a set of springs and looked at coilovers.i can get a set of jom coilovers for £165 off ebay or a set of lemfoder springs for about £100.i dont realy want to spend a fortune on springs or coilovers.so has anyone got anything good to say about jom coilovers

had the corrado on a ramp on sat and noticed the ns inner cv boot is torn and the os is not much beter.how hard is it to change them
