  1. I havent tried it connected but unplugged, i think the valve itself is leaking.
  2. I hope not, mine dosent have one (well it does, but it runs like crap with it so its in the boot)
  3. Okay so i tried re fitting the ISV again, the idle is rough and it almost sounds like is misfiring, on slight throttle when driving it jerks about, but when i floor it it seams to pull okay? without the ISV (both pipes blocked off and the ISV sitting in the house) the idle is stable but falls from 1300 down to about 800 when stationery, and theres sometimes a flatspot when accelerating hard at 2800-4000ish rpm but that only seams to happen when iv been crusing at a constant speed like on the motorway, not when im driving down the lanes, im not sure if thats still there when the ISV if fitted as i only took it out for 5 miles, i tested the ISV out of the car, it open when i put 12v into it, but it dosent seal compleatly when nothing is applied (i can bloe through it) Anyone have any ideas? G werks is a 5 hour round trip from here so id like to avoid it if i can Thanks Lee

Yes you need to remove it, its fixed to the passenger wing just behind the headlight.
  7. Get some ear plugs, i went to silverstone for the 3 days, it wasn't bad when one or two went past during practice or qualifying, but you'll want them during the race, they had buckets of them at the gates (i used some others i had that fitted better) I'm not sure if they'd have the freebies at spar though.
  8. A bit off topic but are the mounts supposed to sit higher when the cars on the ground and then drop down when you jack it off the ground?

  12. I locked the car and put my finger over the air outlet on the pump to seal it but it still ran on as before, so i take it the pump is broken? I doubt theres a pressure switch anywhere else?
  13. Guess Im going to be chasing pipes allover the car then, and the 1st thing anyone says when they get in my car is "whats that noise?" lol
  14. When I unlock my car, the pump keeps running for about 40 seconds after all the doors have unlocked, its fine when locking, is there a pressure switch on the system or something? cheers
  15. Windows 7 works better with old stuff than vista, so it could be worth a try.

    G60 Rough

Mine did something similar, it was revving all over the place misfiring and popping it turned out to be an air leak from one of the pipes related to the idle control valve
