Fitted a new gearbox speed sender so now my speedo works all the time rather than just most of it.

True, I just dont think the corrado is different enough from it for VW to make a new one, it would have to be just as big for all the saftey stuff.

There is a control unit in the dash, but If you just want it to go on a switch you will just need to get power to it, what car are you putting it on?

Yesterday I changed the power steering belt (1 more left according to VW) which has stopped it squeeling on full lock, and I found a petrol leak dripping onto the exhaust manifold so I fixed that before it went up in smoke.

Has anybody got a picture of the standard exhaust? I've always wondered if mine is a vw exhaust or not.

If its not been used in 10 years flush it through with fresh petrol and change the oil before you try and start it.

Try replacing the ecu relay (number 30 or 33) that sorted all sorts of rough running on mine.

That didn't come with my kit either, and wasn't fitted before, VW said its an optional part.

how much did it cost? I'm on my 2nd sunroof so it would be good if the next one was new.

You only need that If you are running over 1bar of boost by using a small pully, you wont gain anything just by fitting it.
