If the pipe is off you would get a high reading, when mine came off completely it showed 99.9mpg constantly.

I've got a front black badge, it's got a couple of tiny marks but nothing you'd notice once it's on the car. you can have it for £15 if you want it.

What tyres came fitted as standard/ OEM on the Storms??
leeeeshad replied to Dazza Storm's topic in Exterior
Do you mean they are 20 years old? or just that the design is 20 but they are new tyres? -
If it's got full service history and test drives okay I wouldnt worry about it.

Thanks, I don't think I'll be going to VW then!

hi. does anyone know how much they are for the G60 from vw?

On the back of the clocks there is a tube connected that feeds a vacuum to the clocks for the MPG telling them how much fuel is being used, this has probably come off, it just pushes back on. ---------- Post added at 07:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:55 PM ---------- What's wrong about the speed? is it jumping about? If so there is a sensor on the gearbox, assuming your car has a digital odometer readout not an analog scrolling one, if it's analog then you have a cable instead.

I had similar problems and it turned out to the the ECU relay, they seem to be a week part.

I was just told about this  -
It's only putting your foot down, not bouncing of the limiter. My grandparents have an 02 civic 1.4 VTEC which was spluttery so they took it to the garage who gave it an Italian tune up for a mile or 2 and it sorted it, they've had it since new and I don't think it's ever been above 3000rpm

Are you asking if mk2 golf steel wheels will fit a corrado? or if they use the same tyres?
-
When mine had broken glass in it it whistled, hasn't made a sound since I fixed it though, not that that really helps you sorry.

I think you can still get sills from VW
-
Probably wishful thinking!
