Hi Rob really sorry to hear this and hope it will not be necessary . Prices are difficult, there are a lot of C around which are not selling because the owners are asking too much. They do not appreciate the cost of dealing with rust etc etc. Yours is better than the VR I sold last month. Mine went within a week for £3k . yours must therefore be worth £3800plus . I am having the same problem

As it is colder when switched on then that is good- in so much as it does work , no leaks etc etc. It should , if i recall blow out air approx 4 degrees so it prob just needs a regas. Air-con particularly the older type needs to be used regularly or the seals dry out etc.

cheers Rob are the new & old interchangeable?

The gear knob and gaiter in my early valver is not as nice as the ones I had in the VR. CazzaVR tells me the early knobs are indeed smaller but are the two interchangeable? Is knob removal simply a case of unscrewing? Darren
