  1. Cheers baron, I'll give it a go!
  2. Dude, why don't I check this forum more often! Damn, would have loved these.
  3. Desperately searching for a set of these... http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?76127-Genuine-ETA-Beta-3-Piece-Split-Rims-17x8-quot-5x130-ET49-Goodyear-205-40-17 If anyone has any leads would be greatly appreciated, cheers.
  4. Any takers on this one? My exhaust is leaking and want a replacement system, but starting with a nice manifold.
  5. Ah all good. Thanks again!
  6. Hello all, reopening this one, a long while has passed and still wanting an option for a top quality manifold.
  7. Hey Sean, any update on these? Cheers
  8. If he doesn't want them, I'll go second in line. Cheers.
  9. How's this beast coming along?
  10. Only possibility in my mind is that the top mount itself has worn 1mm more than the passenger side. How old are the top mounts? They wear quicker with any upgrade of suspension.
  11. I had a missing grommet from my fire wall, passenger side. Caused the same area to be wet.
  12. Love this thing! Fantastic work! Best part is the attention to detail and the second best part is that it might have otherwise been a scrapped car. I can only hope to come close to this level of detail. Anything special being done to the gearbox? If it's off getting a rebuild would you consider an LSD to make the driving experience a tiny bit more special?
  13. Hello All, Bit of a follow on from my fuel leak issue. I've heard before that the VW fuel hose clamps are very good, but are they the best quality for this purpose? If anyone can recommend a better brand? Cheers.
  14. Cheers Guys! All of you! Either way am confident it'll be fine now ;)
  15. Edit, ordered through ECS only to get an email saying it is indeed out of stock. Bugger, back to regular hose.
  16. Thanks for checking for me John. You're a legend. I was able to tighten the hose clamp fractionally to get the corrado home at least.
  17. Well done mate, looks excellent! I too wish I had such skills.
  18. Standard hose John, the roughly U shaped one that curls from the end of the fuel rail up to the solenoid(leaking from the solenoid end). Will retighten it just to get it home. Which is literally about a minute drive from where I parked her. Yes I've always been concerned about the potential of lifting the bonnet and hence the added oxygen adding to the potential flame. Where can I find more info on your FEV kits?
  19. Cheers John, much appreciated. I've never been able to get a copy of Etka myself. I just read up on your build yesterday and am mighty envious of your skills and Corrado. Would love to do the same/similar over here. It's a shame Jay had to go back to the UK, in fact my Corrado used to be one of his. I have already replaced the two hoses on the other end of the head. ECS stocked them.
  20. Hi guys, Need a part number. The hose that is at the gearbox end of the G60 head. From the end of the fuel rail into some sort of sensor. Well naturally it's leaking and I'd ideally like a new one. Might be able to retighten the hose clamp but how long will that last... Cheers in advance.
  21. I decided to drive the G60 to work this morning. Around 40 mins ago actually. Luckily I live close to work. Half way to work strong fuel smell! Pulled over and she was smoking. Think I stopped just in time. I had the fire extinguisher at the ready. This time it is the fuel hose at the gearbox end of the head. Had to park it up and walk home and drive my Toyota to work Will fix it on the way home tonight. My heart was racing at the prospect of losing it to fire. I really need to come up with a permanent solution to these potential fuel leaks. Maybe 16v G60 is the only way to ensure the fuel is far enough away from the exhaust haha.
  22. How's the production line going? ;)
  23. I'll take it P3rks unless one of the other guys is in line before me. Don't want to be a queue jumper.
