The Diavia UK system uses the original heater box and matrix. The passenger side under-tray is cut to allow room for the pipes, and another piece added in. And also the Diavia switch is fitted where the ABS light would normally be, and the ABS is moved over to the right hand side of the dash.
  3. I'm interested in all green, or possibly with centre one red/blue.

My PC security software won't let me look at that link...."Known Malicious Web Site Blocked" !!
  5. VW say the VR6 radiator is now obsolete. When i checked a few weeks ago there were just 2 dealers left with one in stock, Guernsey and Sterling.
  6. That's a Lamborghini Espada, never seen one in the flesh tho.
  7. I'll be there... what time is everyone planning to get there for the club stand?
  8. Hi guys, i'll also meet you at the Reigate junction layby of the M25 at 7.15. I'll be in a classic green VR6. See you then, J
  9. Put me down for attending, i'll be coming up from Gatwick area too.
  10. My '96 VR6 had this type fitted http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=360322451716 But as 4eyes2wheels said, there were probably variations in the parts originally fitted. It's quite easy to just remove the trim at the rear of the headlining and have a look at the type of connection before ordering the correct part.
  11. Yes the ebay link is for just the base and gasket, it comes with a few inches of cable and the connection. They do the mast's too if you need one, but mine was ok. old: new:
  12. That one is ampilified, was exactly the same as the amplified base i took off my VR. The reception was terrible on mine and the gasket had almost come out completely, but now reception is excellent. Would be worth removing the trim at the back of the headlining and pulling the headlining down a bit and checking the type of connection is the same as pictured. That's what i did and was identical.
  13. I got a replacement on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360322451716 OE quality and was exactly the same as the one that came off. Apparently there is more than one type, but this was the one that was fitted to my '96 VR6.
  14. I've been looking into this too, I spoke to VW yesterday about leads for my coilpack VR6 and he told me there was only one part number listed but he thought they came in red, couldn't confirm that tho. Part number is 357 998 031 £121.05 Would be interested to know if anyone has ordered any recently and what colour they came in.
  15. I was looking into these last week so i'd be up for a VR6 set. VAG950M, VAG885M, VAG875M.
  16. cleared mine off yesterday but this was by late eve: and snow still falling today:

  18. Payment sent. Only had the car a few days now but the loose handbrake cover has been really bugging me. Great fix! Cheers, J
  19. Are these kits still available? If so i'll take a full kit please. Cheers
