Looking to replace the mount which is on the gearbox side, im looking to get a genuine vw one but are there any others that can be considered before i get one?

No i still have to disconnect the resistor, and make a relay for the beam. I'm so glad i did the loom, theres bits of the M25 with no lights so the new loom worked a treat!

I was actualy gonna say alex's, sukhs and darrens ones are the nicest as they have been modified without being OTT, but i have seen a few minters but dont know who they belong too.

Pugs and ford are pcd 4/108 whereas the vw's are 4/100 which means the bolt are ever so slighty aprt on a peugeot. hope this helps.

I think £50 is too much to pay for a piece of wiring, as i said i had an old amp wiring kit laying around and got a bag of connectors so it didnt cost me anything. Nick If u need a hand gimme a shout mate!

Here a picture, with the lights on full beam running with the exisitng loom and one with the dipped beam using an uprated loom, the difference is clear! Just one problem i have may have been ignorant to other posts but my sidelight dont work with ignition on the whole lights come on.

I did my loom today too, using an old amp cable a few spade connectors and insulation tape, very easy to do, however i will be making a better earth connection to the headlight too. Took me around two hours to cut loom and fit :D

I got the dipstick holder but i got an orange one and the one on my car is red, is there any difference apart from the colour? bought four new bolts for the supercharger to block mount only like 30p each

At the moment, my car needs niggly little bits and pieces. Dipstick holder, bought from german and swedish for (DONE) Oil Temp sensor broken whilst doing supercharger ignition switch playing up need to wiggle key to start need bolt for supercharger mount to block. (DONE) gearlever c clip worn need to get from dealers (DONE)

My worst car for reliability was a golf clipper cabriolet, when the car packed up it gave me headaches. Generally i had a citroen zx 1.4 bought to build up my no claims, and it was crap knocks, and no power. but never let me down.

THe bodyshop which i use will be using normal da bear paint. He said it cost around £20 per litre how litres are needed for the corrado, can someone explain to me the difference between cellulose and two pack cos i aint got a clue!
