gpc here i come :x

well for a totaly straight g60 i reckon £5000 is a good if not ever so slight optimistic price. interior i'd say add £1000 onto that price and again another £1000 for the wheels then there is the work and the fact its a complete package so i'd say its wort between £7000-£8000.....thats how much in monetery terms though...how much is it actually worth TO YOU. would £7000 cover expenses etc?

ok...what about the golf vr6 airbox?? :) thanks
-
thanks is that with all the bits on the front to connect to the back of the headlight (the bits im missing)
-
are these 2 airboxes completely different? all i want is the lower part so will this fit the top part of my vr6 box? ta
-

yeah thats where he was fitting woddys on his g60. i reckon the air flow will be good enough to do what i need and its better than none atall. the vents on the bottom of my bumper are all open and i can rig up some hosing to flow to the mocal...should be fine -

Electric windows not working when the doors are shut???
jedi-knight83 replied to S0NIC's topic in Archive
you may not believe me but plug your car into vagcom and clear any faults.....i did this at the weekend and mysteriously my passenger window starts working again....now it could have been complete fluke / coinsidence but its worth a try! -
nice bentley...is it yours?? one came past me on the m11 the other night....i was doing 100 odd and he flew past!!
-
you can get a miltek sports flow cat from JMR...£265 i think which is loads cheaper than AMD and cheaper than the standard vw cat and it flows better.... Call JMR 07974 020031

New exhaust fitted and sounding nice...no wore rattles...hurrah! update on page 3 of this thread exhaust info in this thread CLICK HERE
-
MoonlightVR, not finished yet unfortunately...soon though soon! exhaust is now on and sounds great!! highly recomended Body work starts tomorrow...will be ready mid week  kevhaywire, to be honest i dont notice the enigne mount atall....which is perfect..i was worried about vibration but there is no extra whatsoever braking feels a little sharper??? maybe...maybe its just me though?

How to fit a quality exhaust 1. remove credit card from cobweb filled wallet 2. dust off cobwebs 3. email or ring JMR and order the Miltek CAT back exhaust 4. ask John to fit said exhaust 5. Sit back and listed to the silky smooth noise of a miltek in action 6. Smile  Yes...this is a big plug for JMR!! Even though he was busy with 2 other corrados (Woddy...your's looks amazing mate!) he squeezed me into his garage to fit my exhaust.. give his opinion on my ABS...and change a CV gator....AND!!!! magically fixed my passenger electric window!!! dont know how he did that! the guy has the touch  AND fixed a coule of other rattles in broken heat sheilds under the car. The Miltek is a very nice system and gets my (very critical) thumbs up! i had a 2 hour drive home to understand why there are a growing number of people that rave about this exhaust..... At idle there is a nice low rumble from outside the car but inside is relativley quiet...when you pushing any kind of power through the exhaust it goes so quiet.. blip the throttle on gear changes and you get a nice solid tone... those on the east anglia rolling road day will be able to listen themselves anyway may the old 'bog roll' of an exhaust RIP....long live the miltek :-P and a rare pic of Johns very nice 16v G60 Call JMR 07974 020031

just a note...if there are no reverse lights on the car then it wont fail....its just if they are there they have to work!
