i think its a straight forward conversion which has a shed load of problems after... be better off with a turbo anyway if you could get the 12v sorted

having to push snow off and un freeze it with cold/warm water in the morning and sometimes after work wasnt fun and i must of missed a bit or something and it broke... after that i just unplugged it in the boot, but not sure what is the best way

^^^ :lol: i use to watch the spoiler raise every time in my old VR, but 2 winters ago, the weather was so bad and my rear windscreen was permantly steamed up, so i used the wing mirror to look, i could see it was up and beating the frost (or so i thought), until my GF said only one side was raising :mad2: i wasnt happy... i thought it would be the end of the world when it broke, but after it did i wasnt that bothered about it. but this winter i will be turning off the spoiler :lol:

i begged james to make them the colour they have got them on the website, but he cant do it :( might have to go for silver, but will have a look when at the factory :D

yeah just come off the phone to james, he is a top bloke :salute: im going down next friday to pay my deposit and choose finishes etc, and to just have a nose around :D

i would use it in the winter for sure :D i would want a 2 post ramp though so i could clean the entire car before and after winter with putting some sealants and dressings on, would be fine! i never wanted to use the VRT either, it had 70k miles and i wanted to save it for weekends, but using it daily is the best decision i have ever made

well stick them there with blue tac and then see what it looks like?

the 2 mk2 xr2's i have drove were the worst most dangerous cars i have ever driven by a mile, that might explain some of it :cuckoo: one would be going forward whilst dragging the rear wheels if that makes sense :lol:

worth a go, badges in good condition sell pretty easily if you dont like the look
