    Got to agree with Bally and Slimbo - it's a Corrado not a Lamborghini and it just looks cheap to me (not that the conversion looks cheap). Be like Natalie Portman (good looking girl) walking down the road with a 34E chest - we probably like both these elements but coupled together just look wrong!

    Sherry Pearl or Bordeaux Pearl 16v spotted from train just ouside of Glasgow N**5 DUR. Looks sweet - nice wheels!

    Rear chrome VR6 badge is slightly squint but looks worse in picture. Early VRs in any colour had red VR badges front and back and colour-coded Corrado script badges on the rear. I like the chrome ones better so ordered all new chrome badges from the dealer when I got the car but you can't get the Corrado script badge in chrome from the dealers - was a pretty expensive Ebay job but was worth it.

    Let me know what you think - I've been deliberately keeping the car pretty standard - or when changing things - using other Corrado bits that I like better - ie the Chrome badges. Been thinking about getting the 50mm front spoiler and keep seeing Solitudes on Ebay but can't justify getting them as my Speedlines are in pretty good nick. Gotta stick that bit of side trim on that's in my glove compartment first though.............. :wink:

    One day last summer - I noticed the one on my valver was missing. I swear it had always been there before. Weird. Must be the tow-eye fairy!

    Green Mplate 2.0l 16v spotted in John Street in Largs on 15th May about 16.30.

    My Kplate valver had the bench but VR has armrest.

    Black Lplate Corrado with big chrome wheels - parked outside Vicky's bar restaraunt in Largs about 7pm on 11th May.

    We've probably all seen the Corrado below:- Does anyone have a Corrado that was used for any VW promotional photos, magazine featured, television featured (The Top Gear Corrado is a Forum Star) or maybe even with an ex-owner that was Famous.

    Mine does the same. Dunno if it's normal. Just imagined your economy would drop as you are spending fuel but you aren't covering any distance.

    Mine passed today needing nothing! WOO HOO! That's the first car I've had in 3yrs that hasn't need anything to get through an MOT. Mechanic was very complementary too - saying that the car was minted and absolutely spotless underneath! Big sigh of relief for me as money is super tight just now!
