Been looking for a Corrado script badge in silver/chrome for the rear of my car and my local dealer has been unable to get me one so tried GPC today who informed me that they sold the last one the other day and that's it! Anyone got any other suggestions about how to get one?

:lol: I'm loving the VR although it's in such good nick that I'm finding it hard to make it look any better. Since buying it I've changed the tatty leather gear-knob for a good nick PVC one - rebadged the front grill with the VR6 badge and changed the front VW badge which was black for the chrome one in the pics above. The car was debadged from a VR6 so I've got a silver VR6 badge for the rear and a new chrome VW roundel for the back - my local dealers were out of the silver Corrado script badges though so will have to order one from GPC or something. It's just aesthetics really that I'm working on just now - like the VW centre caps that Phat had on his Speedlines so might do something similar. Only performance upgrade I'm planning is a 57i kit - mostly just to increase the already amazing noise. My ABS light has been on intermittantly so need to get that sorted. I'm super happy with the VR though. Be happier with a couple of G in my pocket if I get shot of Boj soon. Cheers

I've found myself in the rather fortunate position of having two Corrado's recently - partly due to the fact that no-one seemed interested in buying my valver with less than a months MOT - so it goes in the garage next week and will soon be back up for sale. So here's a few pics of my two motors! '92 K Dark Burgundy Pearl 16v '93 Aqua Blue Pearl VR6 Not a bad situation to find yourself in really! :wink:

Nice one man! I saw my old Escort in Auto-trader last year for £400 and felt tempted to buy it for old time sake! Glad I didn't though - might have been a different story if it was a Porsche!

I'd rather have McQueen's GT390 in Highland Green - but then I am a huge Bullitt fan - the GT500 is sweet though. I must admit as a former Ford fanatic that I really like they new Ford - the GT, New Mustang and Cobra - the GR-1 certainly looks like a good concept.

The touch-up kit is a deleted line now you can only get the spray tins which can be sprayed into the cap and used to touch up small areas with a small brush.

93 VR - 45mph - my old valver's spoiler must have gone up about 200mph or maybe 45 - in REVERSE as it never worked no matter how many blue wires were disconnected! :lol:

Buy my Powerflow stainless for £1800 and it comes with a free 2.0l 16v! :wink:

How do people feel using their Corrado as a daily driver? I have to use mine every day and worry about it getting dinged in the local main street. Are they desirable enough now to start thinking about locking them up as some kinda investment? Every day the forum seems to have a posting from a member who's just had their car smashed or damaged.

My ABS light has been on for the last two weeks and since the rain has went out!
