Totally unbiased view as I own a standard VR6 and previously a valver - I'd LOVE a Storm or a Campaign as they are special editions and have that certain something about them. I'd have to go for a Mystic though - black leather! 8)

I went from pretty rare with my Dark Burgundy valver to super common with the Aqua blue VR but I love it! :D

Regards the RRday - I really hope that I can make it but I've just made a deal with my boss to work every Sunday up until Xmas to get me some xtra cash for the house and the car - would be a lot easier if I get shot of the valver soon. I've finally scraped up enough money to get it MOT'd so it should hopefull sell relatively quickly. I'd imagine that Paul would be going anyway Roddy - will try my best. Would be nice showing off the VR and seeing all you guys. Be nice to show Jamie (VMAX) the car too. Will let you know. My plans for the car are to keep it fairly standard - I've been mainly focusing on cheap cosmetics at the moment, I've rebadged the whole car and just tried to sort any areas that slightly let the car down - changed the tatty leather gear knob for a new one. Planned on painting the calipers red - have already painted the VW badge blue and DOHC - VR6 red on the engine which looks pretty sporty. Need a bit more money before I start doing any major performance mods. Will be sure to post up anything new I do! 8)

Cheers for the comments guys - still trying to track down the elusive chrome Corrado script badge for the back but almost got it looking the way I want - was thinking about some VW centre caps for the SPeedlines like Phat had on his - what do you think?

Green 2.0l 16v reg-M840 **Y outside the Broom Lodge in Largs on Sunday about 12pm - I stopped in my VR and had a wee gander thinking someone might pop out the lodge but to no avail! :(

Daily driver for me but I'm just a lazy barsteward - I could really walk to work but like showing off the VR but the downside is that a million eejits parallel park against it every day and the battle scars will mount up eventually! :(

Yeah - I work for Smith's and our local coppers have unofficially informed us that if a shoplifter was running out of the shop and we just happened to be putting up a shelf and were startled by the thief and then turned round and suddenly and accidentally (of course) cracked the shelf into their head then that would be ok!

That sounds like a plan..................... Although we could have an Alfa team hiding in the hedges who could use walkie talkies to get in contact with a Bravo team in Corrado's round the corner who could all steam in with their fogs on surrounding them! They would sh*t it then! I've been watching too much 24 though.

My girlfriend thinks it's unreasonable that I would severely mutilate or kill anyone who vandalised my car! It's probably for the best that you didn't witness it - they may have Starskey and Hutched the bonnet but it'd be you speeding through the alleys in hot pursuit of them and next time they'd have a more up close and personal view of the bonnet! Little scumbags. I get super paranoid leaving my car anywhere out of sight but it's things like this that cause that feeling. You don't wanna fork out a fortune on repairs due to vandalism or lose your no claims either. Maybe we should all meet up in your town and park a few hundred Corrado's about and do a mass stake-out and get some revenge! I should maybe point out that I had a really bad day at work today!
