There is an ignition switched wire on the cassette file which turns on the his light! The wire is yellow and black! You can get 12v switched from there! Just remove the cassette file (very easy) and re-wire it up to the radio. :)

Cat rattling like a pig? Oh dear... That´s a DEAD cat! Probably because of a faulty lambda probe... Don´t you ever replace the cat without checking up the lambda probe! Or else you´ll kill the new one too! I had that problem too! I replaced the dead cat with a pipe and bought a new lambda probe. It´s just fine! 8)

Mine is all original (till now). Tuning is coming... :D I just have a new supercharger running. :) Last week on a private high-way he reached 240Km/h no more no less! :mrgreen: The road could be longer, but he will never go over 240Km/h (i felt it). I don´t know if this is good... :? But i am happy!!!

I am not happy with the my Corrado sound too... I have an Alpine CDE-9822RB (wonderfull sound 4X45W) and the door speakers are Kenwood KFC-1318C (specially indicated for the Corrado) they can handle a 110W peak output power. :D When i am listening at higher volume, the door speakers tend to make some sound distorcion! :( I am sure that the wiring is ok. I think that the sound would be better if the speakers were attached to a metal part (door example), because attached to a plastic part... hmmmm So what i really learned is that a crossover is a must for this car! :idea: Beacuse his ressonce box isn´t the best one...

Talking about speakers... The other day while i was cleaning up my dashboard i noticed that it is possible to fit speakers into it... I doesn´t seem to be very easy... :? But i would like to do it! Probably some midrange or tweeters... 8) What size are they? :?: Advices needed... :roll:

I had some GoodYear Eagle Ventura running in my Citroen Ax Sport! :D Excellent tires! Very Good Traction (wet / dry )! :D You will be surprised with them! :mrgreen:

That is an excellent option! 15W-50 is best oil type for our countries! The owners manual advises it to tropical climates. I am using Shell Helix Plus (semi-syntetic) 15W-50. But i think that you can use fully syntetic motor oil too without problems!

Like many people think, improving your air box, such as drilling it or getting a high flow air filter does make your car run more or better. Your car / engine is designed for that exactlly calculated amount of air no less, no more! :wink: In some cases there can be a loss of performance! (I´ve got some graphics / documentation who can show it) In Portuguese of course... :oops: This test was made at a dyno-day here near me. Now what really improves your engine is some fresh air :) (not that hot air from the engine bay, assuming that you have drilled the air box...)

If you talking about the T1S's I don't like them at all, there grippy in the dry but wear way too quickly and useless in the wet... Yoko A539's for me 8) I´ve got Yoko A539 too! Don´t really like them at all... :wink: Next tires would be GoodYear Eagle F1! :) Now those are 5 stars! :D

I´ve had the same problem when i bought my car. :wink: Someone drilled the cap and played with the CO2 Pot... :roll: It was measuring about 850 ohm (to rich) :shock: I guess that a 500 ohm as SNS advice is a good reading for standart cars. :idea: I took the CO2 Pot off the pipe cleaned and adjusted outside. 8) The car runs very good since then! :) But as we all know there aren´t 2 equal cars! Each car has different specs. That means that i´ll probably can get more power from him too... :? But i am happy for now! :D P.S. - If you have a gas analyser everything would be more easy! :idea:

I bought my G60 at 21Oct 2003. It was showing 78000 Km. One day when i was going to work, about 15 Km, the odometer showed 88000 Km. :shock: (It passed 10000Km in just 15 Km) When i was going home it passed so many kilometers again! This time to 98000 Km :shock: (The same thing again) I turned off the car that night, i tryed to get some sleep, but always with this one my mind :| What happened? :? It never happened again... The car is running normal since that day... But know it shows 107000 Km, which is not true... :cry: Is there an explanation for this?
