Is that because of a broken cog belt? Shame on Jabba once again... Let me advise you... Go for a brand new charger!

I love my 1990 Corrado G60! :D But i still miss this car... :(

It is all sorted now! :) The dealer was giving me the 037103493K But the correct one is the 037103493L It seems that there is a bug on ETKA, because according to my chassis number they should supply me with the "K" Now i have ordered the "L" one, which is the correct! 8) Thank you all!

I don´t see any problem... Although there are some mates who could help you more than me... :) If i´m not wrong, the earlier Corrados with all electronic display cluster receive the signal from the ECU, which is connected to the gearbox. On later Corrados like 1990 ones (just like mine) they go directly to the gearbox :!: Hope i didn´t say anything wrong... So be carefull...

I have the same noises when my spoiler is moving up / down... Never paid much attention to it, because the stereo is most of the times very loud! 8) I´ll try to spray some white grease just as Henny said! :D Hope it works!

I think that you have got an voltage problem... :? Are you getting a stable +12v voltage? It only happens when you speed up? Weird... :!:

Coulnd´t this be just about the spark plugs? :?: It seems an ignition problem to me... I had some simliar problems like this one in other cars because of a faulty spark plug!
-
Yeah, it´s not that difficult... 8) Just be very carefull when removing the bearings. :!: Because if you don´t... You can damage / scratch the scrolls easily! :!: It is a nice job to do! :) I am rebuilting my charger too at the moment! So if you need some extra help (i say extra because these forum guys are very expert) :D you can email me! Good Job!

None of them are in trouble! It´s just a question of money... Just make sure you´ve got a Corrado and enjoy!

I would suspect of the pressure relief valve too... If it is stuck, the oil filter is under excess pressure. :!: So that can cause that leak... Go for it! :)
-
Good Job Henny! :D Congratulations! :) I am sure that those 8 months of hard work worth it! The engine seems very healthy! And nervous too! I love nervous engines 8) I am glad you made it! :D

Here in Portugal they are very severe with emissions... They either don´t like signs of leak nowhere! So give him a good cleaning under the bonnet (if it´s needing). You´ll be just fine! :D

That is a good question! :?: They kept the hose with them, so i can trade it later... I don´t remember that hose part-number really well... but i think that it´s the same one that you are saying... Have you saw it on your G60? Tomorrow i´ll call them to confirm this! 8) Thanks mate! :)

I need to get a new hose for my 1990 G60 because this one (on the picture below) has got a big hole due to wear... I went to the VW Dealer and they gave me a hose that doesn´t fits on my G60. So i went there again to trade it. But they don´t have another Part-Number for it! :!: I need to know the real hose Part-Number to order an equal one! The problem is that i cannot see the code on it, because of wear. Can anyone help me with this? :?: There is a picture of my engine bay to help!
