Can anyone help me out here?? My indicators have stopped working, they were fine untill I've fitted new temp gauge switch & thermostat. Know these are nowhere near or anything to do with the indicators but since I've renewed them my indicators have packed in. Hazard light switch comes on and stays on but nothing happens at the lights. Same with the turn signals. I've checked the fuses and replaced the relay but its still the same. Anyone out there got any idea what could be wrong?? Any advice would be appreciated Thanks

VR6 transplant Help wanted....need to get on the road.

Thanks for replies I'll try changing the sensor see how it goes -
Hi hope someone can help me here. Ive got an Lreg 2.0ltr 16v with a vr6 transplant fitted. It was running fine until i went take it for mot and the temp gauge went right up. I noticed that the bottom rad hose was cold and the top was hot so changed the thermostat and at the same time fitted a genuine vr6 rad as it was running with the standard 16v item. The coolant is flowing ok and the both the hoses get warm now too. But the temp gauge still goes right up to max. I noticed the other day that it does this when I just turn the ignition on with out starting the engine so have unplugged the yellow sensor and the temp gauge drops. Could this be an earthing problem?? If so does anyone know where the earth problem would be?? I fitted a new battery the night before taking the car for mot dont know if that makes a difference, just want get it running so I can get it motd and on the road. Any info would be appreciated Thanks

Only gave just over £400 for it. Needs quite alot of work doing on it. Lowering to start with as its sitting higher than a Defender 90. Got a set of coilovers waiting to be fitted for that. Needs full respray as although it is a genuine white C someone has sprayed it in an awful pearl white which looks pink in must lights and at most angels (not picked up on pics). Interior is abit tatty too so needs sorting. Other than that its a good car with VR6 conversion. Engine is sweet as a nut and had all the chains done before being fitted. COUPE16V I'm in cheadle quite alot mate but not in the C as its sorn at the mo. I'm running a white caddy on 19" LM's and on its arse. Had 25th Anni before that N13L VW number plate ---------- Post added at 04:18 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:17 PM ---------- Only gave just over £400 for it. I have seen a Corrado with the glass roof and it looked like it fitted really well. I'm sure they never fitted a glass roof as standard to the Rado
