well mine's running 211bhp and it' the agu which is'nt suposed to see more than 200bhp with just a remap but ive had it on 3 rolling roads ahd had figures from 211 to 217. -

well here it is all finished (well nearly),hope you like 8) -
its a bit ruff but you can just grip the flange with a pair of vise grips and hold it or till it turns and wedge's up agains the bulkhead,use some rags between the jaws of the grips and it stops it mark as much.like i said its a bit ruff but it's got me out of the shit before now

there are a few people out there who will do this for you its just a case of ringing round and speaking to them,check in the back of pvw and there all listed there,here's a tip though check out there work first.as for cost i would say youre looking at £5500/£6000.

they might as some 16"s do fit over,ive got keskin kt4's et 20 and they just fit over the brembo's by 2/3mm

here you go m8 front wishbone/front is 357 407 182 front wishbone rear is 191 407 181e ARB inner are 191 411 314 now etka calls these bearings but they are the bush that goes either side of the wishbone on the droplink from the ARB 191 411 329. these are all listed for KR,PG,9A,2E AND ADY.these all look to be the same part numbers for the ABV aswell rear bush's are 191501 541 KR,PG,9A,2E AND ADY. 1H0 501 541A FOR ABV

phatVR6 wrote have you seen what happens when water gets behind the filler? it gets to the bare metal and rots it away unseen for years well that can be said about alot of things so lets hope you put that underseal on well.

PhatVR6, how do you get i've ruined my car,its fibreglass nothing that cant be removed and i presume your talking from self experiance when you say it will crack or blister and if it does then it will be fixed.

nearly finished now just got to put the trims back on and its done.i'm pleased with it appart from a couple of bits that landed in the wet paint should flat out though 8)

it's the 02J shifter you want cai,it's a lot beeter and smoother than the 02A oneall you have to do to it is swap one of the cable joints over.

just spaying the roof cos i've removed the 2 black trims,as for the speedo you should be able to just swap the worm drive's over. got to go ready for another coat!!

you do need to swap the drive flanges over,the 20vt ones are 108mm and you need 100mm ones,as for swaping the G60 ones over you cant,the 20vt ones have a bolt down the middle to hold them in were as the G60 ones have a snap ring on them,i'll put the part numbers up later,busy spraying car wright now.

seen the 20v box's go for £100/£200,i think as long as it is of a 20v turbo you should be ok (i'll look into gearbox code's later for you)as for the drive flanges it's just a case of unbolting it (1 bolt down the middle)and swaping it for a 100mm one,swap the slave cylinder's over and then it bolt's straight on 8).the only down side is the drive flanges are about a £120 for the pair :shock: .its a lot better gearchange with the 02J box aswell.

get it from GSF mate,they sell LUK ones which are oe anyway and get a new release bearing if it does'nt come in the kit,as for crank seals you probably won't know about it until you get the gearbox off unless it's p*ssing oil out.

put a 20v one in cheap as chips,all you have to do is get some new drive flanges in and then it's a staight swap,supposedly the same ratio's as the mk3 16v box but newer and more available.

well i got £960 for mine on ebay,that was everything engine,charger,loom and ecu,it was all standard too :D

either the master or slave cylinders has gone not a big job but i would have though it would be your master cylinder if the pedal is staying down,it was on mine.

well mate mines run perfect since it was mapped right just after the dubsport rr day last year,but in saying that i would'nt butcher a factory setup to put a after market ecu in,hope you find what your looking for :D .where are you based now anyway :wink:
