My full set of R888s arrived today so I'm Going to have 6 Toyo Proxes 205/40/16 for sale soon. As I'm aware you literally CANNOT get these in this size anymore. I'm just giving a heads up for anyone who might be interested. All with loads of tread. Hardly used and as follows. 4 x 205/40/16 Toyo Proxes T1R 2 x 205/40/16 Toyo Proxes 4 Collection only from Oxford. I'll post exact tread depths and and so on when I I get them off. Also, Dan, thats sweet bro, as said above im yet to decide on what kit.
-
Spoke to stealth racing today, Vince advised me although they do fit the kits, they do not supply them, he said to stay away from the AEM ones as adjusting dials can be temperamental. So, what kits do we recommend? anyone with any experience where this in concerned. Thanks you.

"Unfortunately the sunroof packed up and was also leaking so I decided to simplify things (less weight and less to go wrong) by just doing away with it and fixing a panel in its place (I’m not much of a sunroof fan anyway!) but a new mech and motor could be bought and easily re-fitted in future if that’s what you prefer. The rear spoiler works perfectly though which is a rare bonus on a Corrado!" "Exterior - Sunroof delete" "Bad bits - - The paintwork is the only thing that lets this car down from being a real show-stopper, there are stone chips on the front end and some lacquer peel on the roof, as well as a few age-related marks here and there. - As mentioned further up the ad, the sunroof delete does its job but it does seem to divide opinion somewhat! I personally like it but it could definitely be improved upon in the future, as it was only intended as a medium-term fix to keep the car dry and functional, with my plan being to get it properly smoothed in and resprayed with the rest of the car at a later date." Im confused, this is either a Joke, or the guy who wrote it is a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

"The engine has had a significant amount of work carried out by the previous owner about 8 months ago, with receipts to prove. Head was fully stripped, pressure tested, skimmed and rebuilt new valve stem seals and valves re sat. New gaskets throughout New crank oil seal New top timing chain tensioner and chain guides New water pump New injector seals New oil, filter, coolant etc Gearbox was removed and painted" YER, in our world (corrado owners) we call that a mear service

Yer following my comment i saw the rest of it, looks sick bro, mines just a half cage, like it though man, where you planning on trakcing this year? what area of the country are you??

WELL, after speaking to vince, he explained that due to the vortechs running at such low boost, and the complicates additional pipe work required for a front mount in these circumstances, all that extra pipe work and added length to the intake system drops the psi from the charger from 9 to about 7, therefore resulting in a loss of power, he recommended water meth, and if there is one thing i know about corrados, its always listen to vince. sorry just read your post properly, front mounted inter cooler
-
NICE. how stripped out is it atm?
-
Anyone got any experience of this? or have it on their boosted C following a conversation with vince at stealth regarding how a front mount will drop psi on my vortech and loose power, im going to be installing methanol injection over the next month or so, wanted to hear from someone who has already done it, whats the before and after? power increases? the overall feel of the power distribution? Any feedback appreciated. thanking you
