mate get urself to halfords and they do a one piece long spark plag remover perfect for the 16v personaly wouldnt really use just a socket as i used to have them getting stuck and droping off in the head as they wouldnt get past the rubber gasket for the cam cover :(
-
There is also a top man in Royston if ur anywhere near that ??
-
that is sweet  shame everyone prob have them lol
-
got to agree with Stel and Lee Cloth retrim are better than standrad as they have a wide base and atleast everything will be leather and not PVC  but unless you can get the door cards to look like the original it kind of lets it down :( (sorry Stel dont worry it also includes my mate Pete)
-
yep if you have air con pump or want the original setup :D sadly i wanted to prove a point so i put it under the charger just me being different    :D
-

-
erh yeah lol  sorry
-
sorry got to agree witht he guys might sounded good but ull be forever getting them to run right and forget fuel economy  personally force induction or proper fuel injection system p.s i am surprise not many people here in the uk convert their 18v to run digi etc with a rechip to suit the engine like in america
-
well he prob could get more if he run a screw charger instead of 2 G-60 laders as he is prob losing 50bhp + easily but then a 16vg60 does always looks sweet i wander if ill ever have one   :D
-
oh ok where in the country are you out of interest also building it up will be like putting a normal engine back together but im interested in thei "S2 thinker head gasket " thing you have can you explain more please
-

-
Cool have to get my arse out and get myself to one of these rounds :D
-
damm u dont have a headache of a job there :( wouldnt it be easier just to go to ones of these guys breaking a 92> corrado and taking all the loom uncut??? isntead of having all this headaches??? just a idea
-
Well ive had enough with mine and all the body mods so good luck to who ever takes it lol if u do sell it
-
the MFA is the trip computer which its controls on the left to the steering wheel on the stalk arm as for the boost test ull need to get someone local to u with a boost gauge to come along and see what its producing :)
-

-
lol its ok aslong as the ignition isnt on u should have any probs :) also looking at the pic looks like u have the loom going to the back and the vacum hose as it goes over the back wheel arch :) isnt the pump working then???
-
Wouldnt something like Zymol Cleanser stuff work well to remove all the crap???
-
yep has nothing to do with the central locking :) also thick red wires tend to be the 12v supply to the units i.e relays and control mechs :) dont be scared ive been electricuted a few times doing ICE installs and u kind of gget used to it lol :afro:
-
take the metering head off and give it a good clean from underneath and then some WD40 if that doesnt work i think i still have my old metering head at home somewhere which i could sell on for a small amount also are they sure its just not stck as i dont think it will snap
-
just seen the pic  thats the window and sunroof control relay thing lol
-
there is and its a vacum pump which is located in the rear of the car in the boot on the driver side after the wheel arch cant remember the colour of the wires or connector block but when i get home ill try and see what it is unless osmeone else know off by hand :)
