guys I was just about to fit my Goodridge hoses this weekend but from the sounds of it i shouldnt :( Ive had my set sitting at home for about three years now and to tell u the truth ive always been happy with my setup upto now :) but as ive gone for a power increase im upgrading the front calipers so i dont know if to do the hoses now :| :?
-
I im running original 16v calipers with Audi UR carriers at the mo but they will be leaving my car for a bigger set hopefully this weekend :D

-
ill be able to join tis kind of conversation soon lol ;) ;) sorry just a bit excited about getting my one running :D
-
well when my slave cyl went the simptoms i had was that u had to press the clucth pedal a few time before you could engage or disengage :( The only way to tell if its leaking is to take the cyl ou with the two screews on wither side and check otherwise its very hard to tell :( and on mine it was so bad that ive had to take the gearbox off to clean the inside out as the realise bearing was starting to stick due to all the crap in there :( just my 2p' worth
-
the only thing i can thin of is loads of WD40 and just soak it otherwise is getting another caliper :( prob exchange from the like of gsf or eurocarparts
-
well done mate told u it was easy to swope over as all spark leads are interchangeable also yes my meet is tomorrow night :D

lol well im not one to answer that lol Also chris like i said in the other post im planning to my corrado brakes in a couple of weeks so if no one post up before me ill do it also i think on the yahoo group there is a post on how to do it already :D
-
sorry but thats a bit of crappy attitude to take IMO, everyone has to start of somewhere and if where not all here to help each other whats the point. If people are willing to learn but need some guidance I think those who are willing to help should. Thats how ive learnt to do all the work on my cars. Come you out of all people dont like people messing about and asking stupid questions so why not avoid it from happening??? just my 2p's worth Chris i totally know where ur coming from and saw ur post about bleeiding the brakes and im planiing to do the corrado in about one-two weeks so ill take a few pics and an easy step by step as its really really easy to do once u know what to do
-
yeah i can imagine the wheel thing lol as for the tints wasnt B&Q doing a espcial on black paint this weekend lol ;)

-
ive got to say the finish in the paint work was very good :) also planing to bring it down to Ace Cafe lol ;)
-
I agree with Henny best way is to have a mate pump the breaks whilst u open and close the nipple I also have a bleeding kit which is a see through rubber pipe with a 1 way valve at the end that works very well :D
-
bleeding it basically i know for non-ABS cars its very easy i usualy start from the furthest pipe from the servo and work back to the shortest but i dont know if that the best way but always seems to work :D for the ABS cars I know on the yahoo group there is a post on how to do it but im not sure on here :( but some one should know how to
-
yeah i talk on way to many forums ive got it down to 36 now  anything from audi-porsche-seat-skoda-vw and general motoring ones where some VAG owners hang out. Its mainly to build up interest for my monthly meet :D also glad ur getting it sorted as ive been told the car can start to run a bit ruff if that sensor isnt on there :(
