hi guys, wanted to share this with you as it made my week. was on the A10 the other nite when a mate whos just bought a 3.2 v6 audi TT convertible saw me and decided to 'show me how its done'. he lined up next to me at the lights and after blasting up to about 110 mph he hadnt passed me yet. We pulled up to another set of lights and did the same thing again. i was quite surprised and so was he cos at the third set of lights he pulls the window down and says 'what the hell is under that' while staring at my bonnet. my reply was 'its only a 1.8' and thats when he wound his window back up and turned left. i think the £30,000 TT is now up for sale :D :D :) 8)

To Debadge or not debadge - THAT is the question
stel g60 replied to Dancing Fish's topic in Exterior
i agree with you mate. i ilke the hard look you get with the debadged front but theres something about the 4 slat that looks classy thats why i wont change mine. get a 4 slat and paint it imo -

louie sue the council mate, or make them pay for your damages at least. a friend of mine buckled 2 of his alloys driving over a ditch and managed to get a new set off the council. well worth a try!! just make sure you take some photos of the road and your damage.

dunno if this sounds stupid phat but you said your running a standard 8v exhaust, is it a lot smaller than the vr6 one? could it be building up too much pressure?
