Hi guys, Selling a fully functioning OEM Airbox with an aftermarket BMC panel filter for a VR6. All intact (no holes), functionally perfect just normal use dust etc. 40 if you collect. I can sort delivery though i need to get a price. Cheers. Pm for any pictures etc.

Haha another good point, well made. But the VX day is in Pembrey and I'm in Swansea so it's much closer with no robbing M4 bridge tax! -

Hi all just a quick bump had some nibbles but noone is biting yet. Always knew this would take some time to sell but the cars doesn't owe me any money and it's not eating anything in storage, plus it's too damn good to let go for peanuts! I going to put the car on pistonheads or eBay on the weekend but I would sell the car with all the bits for 3500 or for less with less spares etc all can be discussed on a part by part basis. Seen two this week, one in cockett Swansea around 9am driving towards sketty. I was in my VX220. Also in Tycoch parked up by the orange Mk1 golf.

They are doing an S2 Elise as well, they have been on SELOC asking for a mint car to film the back to back bit. They also sniffed around VX220.org but I dont think they could get one cheap enough. -
Sounds great, and so easy to wire up using the tunnel to run the cables. I've got the phono down one side and power down the other, then the ground is attached to one of the rear seat bolts. There's a little remote control which is tucked up into the tunnel by my left knee, but once set you can fiddle with the levels using the head unit as my alpine has all sorts of equalising and crossovers etc.

That's really neat. I need my boot a lot so when looking for a solution I couldn't fit anything like that so I installed a Kenwood SW01 in the armrest which works well, but you need to loose the first aid kit so I fitted a plastic skin into it for rigidity made from an old Tupperware style cereal container. And with arm rest down it rests about an inch higher up it you'd never notice to be honest.
